They went through the boxes and told me the light bulbs were missing. I told them that's not possible I never opened those boxes. Then they told me they took the light bulbs out (?!) and that I had to go find them or pay $10 per light bulb. This ordeal dragged on for so long I just wanted to leave. I paid the fee for the lights that they took out of my boxes. I'd hate them to go bankrupt over $20! Please don't play games with customers it's not very nice. :(
