I spent an hour and a half there for a hearing test with the doctors main intention to upsell me versus adjusting my hearing aids that I currently have. He told me he ran out of time and I'd have to make another appointment. That's bull crap and I'm not going back. After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home. The only saving grace of my visit was the help I got from the receptionist.
