The provider wasn't interested in helping him, they rushed thru the initial appointment like it was a follow up. They should be ashamed to call themselves specialist in their field. I spent an hour and a half there for a hearing test with the doctors main intention to upsell me versus adjusting my hearing aids that I currently have. He told me he ran out of time and I'd have to make another appointment. That's bull crap and I'm not going back. He told me it was under new ownership and that has totally ruined the reputation of good sound audiology. I do not recommend them.

Dr. Gonzales answered my questions, examined me, told me what he was seeing in layman's terms, and recommended a septoplasty and dual turbinate reduction. He was able to schedule me within two weeks. The staff were friendly and responsive to my questions, and provided all the necessary materials. Prior to surgery, prescriptions were arranged on my behalf. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Gonzales and the anesthesiologist stopped by to answer any remaining questions, and explain the procedure and process. My only complaint is he was running late, and we were left in a VERY cold room for nearly two hours over lunch. This left me rather perturbed. The surgery took around 45 minutes, and the staff were attentive in recovery. Dr. Gonzales stopped by again to explain post-surgery directives. I had very little pain, no swelling or bruising, and no need for pain pills. As to the surgery, it's been a revelation for me. I can finally sleep with my mouth closed, and breathe normally without nasal spray. I am completely happy and satisfied with the result. The follow-up visit was pleasant, and again Dr. Gonzales took the time to answer any remaining questions. I would very highly recommend Dr. Gonzales and the staff at Valley ENT.

It may have been a much longer drive to there there, but I was able to walk in (actually got the part at the Tempe office - sent over from the Mesa office) and quickly get the replacement part installed in my hearing aid -- at a much cheaper price than I was quoted at two other places. After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home. The only saving grace of my visit was the help I got from the receptionist.
