After 40+ years of using nasal spray daily to breathe, I finally sought a specialist. Dr. Gonzales…read morewas recommended by my PCP. The initial consult was excellent. Dr. Gonzales answered my questions, examined me, told me what he was seeing in layman's terms, and recommended a septoplasty and dual turbinate reduction. He was able to schedule me within two weeks. The staff were friendly and responsive to my questions, and provided all the necessary materials. Prior to surgery, prescriptions were arranged on my behalf. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Gonzales and the anesthesiologist stopped by to answer any remaining questions, and explain the procedure and process. My only complaint is he was running late, and we were left in a VERY cold room for nearly two hours over lunch. This left me rather perturbed. The surgery took around 45 minutes, and the staff were attentive in recovery. Dr. Gonzales stopped by again to explain post-surgery directives. I had very little pain, no swelling or bruising, and no need for pain pills. As to the surgery, it's been a revelation for me. I can finally sleep with my mouth closed, and breathe normally without nasal spray. I am completely happy and satisfied with the result. The follow-up visit was pleasant, and again Dr. Gonzales took the time to answer any remaining questions. I would very highly recommend Dr. Gonzales and the staff at Valley ENT.

Today (8/4/26), I received kind competent care from Aryana Moore, Audiologist. I have been seen by…read morethree Audiologists over approximately 6-7 years & I now have found comfort & education from my favorite, Dr. Moore. I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Group to anyone requiring hearing care. Dr. Moore checked my hearing aids & replaced a filter, which was above & beyond my appointment purpose. My ear cleaning (wax removal) allowed me to observe via large monitor screen, so I could actually view the intricate process. Thank you to Dr. Moore & Receptionist/Office Manager, I'll return as need

I even said so if I keep feeling this can I come back in she said yes. When I walked into the reception area they hadn't finished checking in the person who walked in after me that is how long she spent looking in my ears. This was a Monday . The feeling of wax in there only got worse. I had a busy work week by Thursday night it was clogged up I called Friday left a message like you always have to do and wait for them to call yo back. On Monday I get a call The receptionist got my info said she would have to talk to Ariana and call me back. I got a call back Ariana and was told that Ariana said my ears were clean and I should go see my health care provider I must have an infection. I'll just go to a real ear doctors office and get this looked at. Mary C

I recently visited Dr. Haddadin, and I could not be more grateful for the level of care I received…read more From the moment I met Dr. Haddadin he was very thorough. His compassion went far beyond what I ever expected from a doctor. Dr. Haddadin did not just treat my condition-- but me as a person. Dr. Haddadin took the time to explain everything with such patience and clarity, making sure I understood every step and felt comfortable moving forward. In a moment when I was feeling overwhelmed because I knew I was going to get dizzy and become nauseous, his kindness and steady reassurance made all the difference. I left feeling great, no dizziness and deeply grateful. I cannot thank Dr. Haddadin enough, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs not just a skilled physician, but a truly compassionate human being. Thank you, Dr. Haddadin!

After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home. The only saving grace of my visit was the help I got from the receptionist.
