The quality of the work is excellent and was done quickly in the time frame we discussed. The crew was super friendly and did a great job cleaning up when the walls were done. They did source the blocks for us, which was also helpful, I wouldn't have known how much material was needed. We love the entryway and would absolutely work with Brick Dancer again if we did any other brick or block projects.

Mind you, I had three walls I wanted done. Well, to do all three was a lot more than I expected. But, I had contacted five people about the project and Brickdancer was one of the three that returned my inquiry. Another was cheaper, but I didn't get the sense they were reliable, since it took two weeks for him to come out and another week to get a bid in, after I reminded him. Another told me that he just didn't want to do the work. He said it was a lot of work and he didn't want to be on one job for so long. Brickdancer was the sole company that felt good, and I'm so glad I went with him! There was no worry about anything, as Lee kept me informed the whole way. During the project, Lee would let me know what was done, what was planned, and he gave great advice. The job started and finished without interruption. They work fast, did the filling with the City, got the permit and inspections, and kept the area clean. Fact is, Lee was so great that I added to the project and had him pour a new driveway. I do have more to do, but I have other work that needs to happen first. Once the next concrete and wall project is ready, I won't call for bids. I will call Brickdancer.

Jasper came out, assessed the damage and bad installation and in less than 24 hours had a detailed, written estimate of the repairs needed. The estimate looked absolutely reasonable and I accepted the estimate. He started work the following day, explaining everything he was planning on doing and said he'd be back the next day to complete the work. Next day came along, he showed up and finished it. I have been so disappointed with contractors in the past; not showing up, hidden costs, unprofessional communication, terrible work, etc. So my experience with Jasper has renewed my belief in that there are professional, quality, hard working contractors still out there. I cannot recommend JNA Construction enough. You will be happy you contacted him.

I loved working with Geovani!…read more I first contacted Geovani about a wood panel sliding door in my custom credenza, which a moving company damaged. Geovani was able to sand down the damage and match the color of the wood to minimize the visual look of the damage. Now the door works just as it had before, as though nothing had happened. Then I asked him to put up tinting on a window, which he and a helper were able to do as well. He and his team are hard-working, kind, down-to-Earth, forthright, and prioritize customer happiness first. Tip: Cash is best. But they accept payments like Venmo with a fee to offset third-party charges.

The work done is acceptable, some of it after being redone (water spouts were done sloppily and the water half flowed and half trickled... he felt this was finished and I asked to have it redone) but I have a bad taste in my mouth every time I look at my pool :/ we called him off when it became clear we needed new pool equipment so we could go with someone else and both bids we've gotten have pointed out the shoddy application of the pebbletech. Maybe it was just an off job, but if you use Champion you need to know exactly what you want before you talk to them- they will not help you to design or even understand- it's a railroad operation to get you to do the easiest thing for them. There was a lot of denying and blaming of others. And you need to know what good work looks like, and I've never had a pool in my life, so I didn't. There were square footage calculations that required additional tile purchases mid-application. Questions were glossed over. He's very strident about documenting that you agreed with something, even if it's friendly ("I like that one" "YOU APPROVED IT!")- a general defensiveness that just screams, "I'm expecting you to come at me so I'm coming at you first!!" It creates a tense atmosphere that's totally unnecessary. Again, we all have jobs that go bad, and he'd probably review me as a dumb broad who didn't know what she was doing... but I think that's most people and I thought I'd hired a company to guide me through it
