Desert Bumper Pro is excellent. Estella & Johnny provide the ultimate experience. They are so kind, knowledgeable, efficient & professional. They both take pride in their work, abilities, customer service & overall business. They both genuinely care for their customers. I have visited their establishment numerous times & each time I am met with open arms. Their quotes are the best & cheapest I have ever found. Their prices are incredible! I highly recommend Desert Bumper Pro to absolutely everyone. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years & I am always highly satisfied. Superior! read more

My daughter's car looked so beat-up with both bumpers barely hanging on. This shop went above and beyond exceeding my expectations doing more to the car than what they agreed. Also they are super friendly and kind. As far as I'm concerned, there's no better body shop in the entire Coachella Valley. read more

Desert Bumper Pro - Toyota Corolla after the bumpers were fixed. Looks like new!! - Body Shops Near Me - Palm Desert, California

I took my Toyota Aristo to Desert Bumper Pro to paint and install a used factory lip kit. Estella and her team did a great job of repairing the kit (the pieces were used), painting, and mounting everything. The price was fair and the turn around was about a week, which I feel was really good. I'll be going to them for more work in the future read more

Desert Bumper Pro was seamless, professional and I have nothing to say but that Estella & Danny make collision & body work repair very pleasant and hassle free! Beyond the beautiful job they did on the bumper, they went above & beyond & repaired the driver side visor which was not damaged in and/or covered by the insurance. So very kind and helpful.... I highly recommend this shop for your collision & body work repairs!! read more

I've patronized this business three times for scrapes and bodywork to a couple different cars- both Teslas- over the past three years The owners are great people and the work they and their team do is of outstanding quality. The amounts they charge are very fair and the work was always done on time. I would HIGHLY recommend Desert Pumper Pro. read more

I highly recommend Desert Bumper Pro! I called them immediately after being hit by another driver. Estella answered the phone and her first question was if I was OK. We arrived about 20 minutes later and they took very good care of us. They handled payment and everything with the other driver. They only had my car for about two days. I'm so grateful for them! And my car looks amazing! read more

Paint and prep not good. Complained to me that they bid the job to low. Half of the parts that were supposed to be painted were spray painted when I arrived to pickup "finished" pieces. Crappy prep, paid no attention to details, and there excuse was the job was the bid to low by the owner, so I get a crappy paint and prep work. read more

Family Owned Business. Extremely organized and friendly service. My new BMW car was hit/run in parking lot of Eisenhower hospital (no note)... Went to three different body shops for bids. All wanted double what this facility charged. Other shops needed the car for month or more. One place wanted to saw OFF the entire 1/4 panel, order new from Germany and take unknown time to repair/replace. Desert Bumper fixed my car in less than one week. Their Customer Service was excellent. read more

A friend referred me to Desert Bumper Pro to repair a rear bumper after my teenage daughter was in a minor accident. They were very friendly and welcoming to her when she went to get an estimate. I was kept up to date on the progress and on any issues that arose. They even replaced a reverse light that was out (not related to the accident.) Estella and Danny were so nice to work with and the job was done quickly and it looks great. Thank you!! read more

Initially went in to have a ceramic coating applied on my BMW X5. The couple that own/run the place "Danny" his wife come across very personable, customer centric, "100%" satisfaction guaranteed ". I even had two referrals for them following my vehicle. Mine was to take 5 business days, initially. One excuse followed by another followed by blame on parts distributor, light staff, to mysterious parts on my care was identified as broken (car was in pristine condition. SIX weeks later, they call to tell me the car was ready. I inspect...Nope, the roof hadn't been touched, a few other areas of concern were found. The wife told me she herself applied the ceramic coating then changed it to someone else did. One time, I stopped off unannounced to see progress (not much at all). One of the workers told me this is the normal way they do business. So yourself, your wallet, your time, your stress ALL a huge favor and avoid the rhetoric & mediocre gimmicky pitch. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE else. read more

Took my golf cart in for a refurb. The new motor burned up after about 3 months because they failed to install a controller that would be compatible with the motor. I installed the correct controller and they charged me for a new motor. not right read more

I took my Mini cooper into them on March 2nd. It was to fix a front plastic bumper and paint a small spoiler on the back. I had the bumper that was broken. They assured me they could fix it. I get a call a week later saying they need a new part and it will be $200 more so $750 for this now. weeks go by and they still don't have the part. Finally Im getting upset so they say yes it will be done Saturday March 25th. I arrive pay and drive away. The interior is filthy and the gas is reading zero. I brought the car in with over 1/3 of a tank. I make it 5 blocks and run out of gas. Its then that I notice there is around 100 more miles than when I brought it in. They kept it so they could drive it every day. If this wasnt bad enough the paint job is horrific. It looks like a 2nd grader painted it. So much orange peel. see attached pics. AVOID this place. i am also filing a complaint with the BBB and the CA state attorney general. Also small claims court. read more

I brought my Nissan rogue in to have repairs done through an insurance claim and they were professional and available to answer any questions and they kept me informed of any glitches or updates concerning the time frame and the status of my vehicles progress in getting repaired. Their professionalism also matched their care for their customers and my car Was detailed and given back to me looking as if it was brand new instead of a five year old car that travels 600 miles a week through the desert. I highly recommend putting your vehicle in their care and knowing that you will be given the best service possible read more

I really want to thank Danny and Estella for all there help. I have taken 3 different Lexus cars to Desert Bumper Pro over the last 5 years or so- one to re-paint the rear bumper, one to repair a door lock, and yesterday I took my 2017 Lexus RX 350 F Sport in to have the cracked chrome grill surround replaced. I bought the part on ebay and Desert Bumper Pro installed it at a very reasonable price. The entire front bumper had to be removed to install the part- lights, cameras and various computer parts had to be disconnected and reconnected. It was a very complicated job. The car was even hand washed, and the replaced part looks perfect. I waited while the repair was done in a nice waiting area. Everyone was busy, and everyone was exceedingly friendly. I was even thanked by the owner and his wife as I left. I am very happy, as usual, with Desert Bumper Pro. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needed reasonably priced, quality auto body repair. We are lucky to have Desert Bumper Pro in our beautiful valley. read more

I'm a little late on the review but let me say Danny and his crew are phenomenal! There were some slight obstacles with the particular paint he needed to get the job done, Danny didn't let that get in way. Took great care of my car and they did it fast, for a fair price as well. Highly recommend! read more

I was looking for a repair shop to replace my 2021 inner fender well. I called and Estella was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Danny and Estella (the owners) are absolutely incredible. When I arrived he greeted me with a handshake and a smile. How many businesses do this? Why would anyone go to a corporate shop when you can directly support a family? He explained exactly what needed to be done with my bumper (I had tried and failed to do a DIY bondo job in hopes of saving some money). Danny was transparent, honest and super cool about the situation. They gave me a quote and said I could bring the car in that week. I referenced the work and quote on a forum and everyone said it was an accurate price. Super quick turn around and I now have a beautiful repaired/painted bumper. Start to finish I could not be a happier customer. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience! read more

Estella and Danny are awesome!! I was hit not once but TWICE and they were able to fix my front bumper and back! They are fast, reliable, and pay close attention to detail. I would DEFINITELY recommend them! read more

These guys are AMAZING!! I had the rear bumper on my Audi fully repainted for a great price.. about $200 cheaper than the next cheapest option. However, the work might as well have been done by the Audi dealer themselves, thats how well it turned out (and I'm a perfectionist when it comes to the way my car looks). The color is perfectly matched to the rest of the car, done beautifully, and very quickly. The crew are all extremely friendly, responsive and honest. I'm not one to write reviews very often, but this company deserves recognition, and they have my highest recommendation. read more

Worst customer service and extremely unprofessional. This business lost multiple parts to our golf cart, and thought hanging up on customers who were politely trying to get to a resolution for all the mistakes they made is good business. Being nearly a month late, misplaced items, and major attitude are all reasons I'd AVOID this business. read more

This place did a really great job on my front bumper. Daniel suggested painting the entire passenger side cd and I could not be more happy. They fixed every little pit and dent. I highly recommend them. And reasonably priced. Excellent work. read more

I took my car to desert bumper pro to fix both of my bumpers. It is a family owned business and they take great pride in the work they do. My car looked brand new when the job was complete, they matched the rest of my car perfectly. They gave me an excellent price, but more importantly I trusted them. Sometimes when a woman brings a car into a shop, myself included, I feel like i'm being taken advantage of. Not here. I truly cannot say enough about this company. I brought my car in November, VW Jetta and although it has taken me this long to write a review, I think about them and the amazing ethics, skills and kindness they provided during this experience, I will recommend this company to everyone. read more
