Jesus and his team have again provided exceptional service. Several weeks ago they did a repair of the rear hatch latch on my Scion xB, and I was very happy with the work. A few weeks later, my beloved Scion was hit in a parking lot accident, and the result was a crushed and cracked rear bumper. Jesus gave a very fair bid for replacement of the bumper and paint to match the 13-year old car. He ordered the part, called when it was received, and two days later, I picked up my car with its beautifully-painted and installed replacement bumper, which fit and matched like new! And last Thursday, my partner's car was hit (also in a parking lot) and Jesus will be doing that repair as well. When we went back for all over scratch repair and paint refresh they took 5 days to respond and gave a ridiculously high estimate. Other highly rated body shops gave much lower estimates. This was one of the most positive experiences I had with a bad situation with my car. I have a brand new car which the entire front bumper was scratched. Bumper Specialists was cheapest bid I received and they were the most honest out of the 4 repair shops I received quotes from. All the other shops told me I have to have the bumper completely repainted. Bumper Specialists were the only ones who said all I needed was to have the bumper buffed out. They did this for me in 10 minutes, my car looked like new again and on top of all that, they were incredibly professional, friendly and very conscientious. It is always great to find a business who delivers everything it promises. We had a bad gouge on our 2009 MDX front fender. While fixing the body work would not be a problem, matching the paint was a worry. The car only has 45,000 miles and has been garaged but for sure it had faded some. The paint was a two stage clear coat originally and that is what worried me. Jesus greeted me quickly, looked at the damage, did some computer research and gave me an estimate in under 15 minutes from the time I opened the door. amazing. We made an appointment and picked the car up on the date promised. The gouge was gone and the paint matched perfectly. Impossible to tell it had been fixed. So don't think they only do bumpers. I cannot recommend it any higher. read more
