Took my car in because the garage door had hit it and had a few chips and was scratched. Wendy and her crew did a great job and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. Was very reasonable and would definitely go back if I need any body work done. thanks read more

As a result of a bad sandstorm, I had to have my car repainted (submitted to insurance). They had the car longer than promised, but it was well worth it. The car is 10 years old but looks like new. Wendi dealt with the insurance co and they practically replaced every part. Very satisfied and would recommend Bumper Specialists without hesitation. read more

Jesus and his team have again provided exceptional service. Several weeks ago they did a repair of the rear hatch latch on my Scion xB, and I was very happy with the work. A few weeks later, my beloved Scion was hit in a parking lot accident, and the result was a crushed and cracked rear bumper. Jesus gave a very fair bid for replacement of the bumper and paint to match the 13-year old car. He ordered the part, called when it was received, and two days later, I picked up my car with its beautifully-painted and installed replacement bumper, which fit and matched like new! And last Thursday, my partner's car was hit (also in a parking lot) and Jesus will be doing that repair as well. This shop is just great, and though nobody likes to have to do body repairs to their cars, at least you know that here it will be done right, and for a fair price. Thanks! read more

We had gotten a reasonable quote for body work & paint on the rear of our car. When we went back for all over scratch repair and paint refresh they took 5 days to respond and gave a ridiculously high estimate. Other highly rated body shops gave much lower estimates. I will not use Bumper Specialists and don't recommend them. read more

My name is Jeff and I own a 2016 Mercedes SL 400. A couple of weeks ago my car was it by a UHaul rental. The left rear side panel plus the drivers side door got scraped and dented. I brought it to a couple of places. One place that Mercedes recommended and Bumber Specialists. Both seemed capable of doing the Job. I went with Bumber Specialist and am very pleased I did. Besides doing a great repair job on my Mercedes they were half the cost of the Mercedes recommended shop. Thank you Bumper Specialist Jeff read more

This Co. deserves 10 stars: They are over the top doing business. To find a business in todays environment, that GOOD shocked me. Every thing was perfect that they said they would do for my repair. They did additional details on my car without a charge!! From cleaning my wheels and polished my headlights. And replaced my halo lights without a charge. They did everything and I left with a BIG smile. ( 10 STARS ) read more

This was one of the most positive experiences I had with a bad situation with my car. I have a brand new car which the entire front bumper was scratched. Bumper Specialists was cheapest bid I received and they were the most honest out of the 4 repair shops I received quotes from. All the other shops told me I have to have the bumper completely repainted. Bumper Specialists were the only ones who said all I needed was to have the bumper buffed out. They did this for me in 10 minutes, my car looked like new again and on top of all that, they were incredibly professional, friendly and very conscientious. I would recommend this to my closest friends and family! read more

I had extensive sand damage to my car and after working with the insurance company we asked for referrals from people who have worked on our car. We used Bumper Specialists and were very pleased with the work. He pointed out damage beyond what the insurance company noted and fixed everything. They delivered the car on time. Great customer service. We highly recommend them. read more

It is always great to find a business who delivers everything it promises. We had a bad gouge on our 2009 MDX front fender. While fixing the body work would not be a problem, matching the paint was a worry. The car only has 45,000 miles and has been garaged but for sure it had faded some. The paint was a two stage clear coat originally and that is what worried me. Jesus greeted me quickly, looked at the damage, did some computer research and gave me an estimate in under 15 minutes from the time I opened the door. amazing. We made an appointment and picked the car up on the date promised. The gouge was gone and the paint matched perfectly. Impossible to tell it had been fixed. So don't think they only do bumpers. I cannot recommend it any higher. read more
