We were referred to Bumper Pros by our dealer for a front fender repair and painting. Their price was below the insurance adjusters quote and the out come was excellent. My one complaint was the inside of the car, floor, seat and steering wheel had not been cleaned when we picked it up at the end of the day. Fortunately the person who did this left a not with his name and phone number. Rudy met me on Saturday and was amazingly helpful and gracious - and the shop is usually closed on Saturday. I would not recommend this establishment. I would also not consider them as a 'for the people' type of business either. I was in an auto accident and I was recommended to use this shop by a friend to repair my damages. I was without a vehicle for almost 3 months on job that should have only taken a few weeks. They constantly had me on hold and considering the fact that I did not know very much about cars I took their word when they said the vehicle was finished. At this point I was already exhausted of not having my vehicle so I signed off on the insurance and took my car. Only to find out that they had broken off my leaver to open the hood, left my license plate bent and warped, and the leaver to open the hood from out side the vehicle was also damaged. I could not pursue the damages since I had signed off, but from this experience I would honestly say I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. read more
