After getting my bumpers repainted by a competitor several weeks earlier, I learned about Bumper Pros. I wish I had come to Rudy first. The original job was completed quickly, and they did a great job. However, the color of the bumpers was not a match to the car. It was explained to me that due to oxidation and how old the car was, the colors may be slightly off. Also, I was told the explanation was on the sign in the office that I should have read. I would not recommend this establishment. I would also not consider them as a 'for the people' type of business either. I was in an auto accident and I was recommended to use this shop by a friend to repair my damages. I was without a vehicle for almost 3 months on job that should have only taken a few weeks. They constantly had me on hold and considering the fact that I did not know very much about cars I took their word when they said the vehicle was finished. At this point I was already exhausted of not having my vehicle so I signed off on the insurance and took my car. Only to find out that they had broken off my leaver to open the hood, left my license plate bent and warped, and the leaver to open the hood from out side the vehicle was also damaged. I could not pursue the damages since I had signed off, but from this experience I would honestly say I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. read more
