They were hired by my apartment complex to assist with a replacing job. First, they showed up on…read morethe wrong day, and started towing vehicles before property management notified residents. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.

Called Lifestyle to ask about Nick and was told he would make sure we get taken care of. Still nothing. I spoke with Lifestyle and was told he would head our way at 1pm. That time came and went. Would not recommend this company to anyone since we were lied to by the owner and Nick. Obviously not a trustworthy company and especially not a trustworthy employee since their word doesn't mean anything. Stay away from Lifestyle Towing and especially Nick if he says he can work on your car. Vehicle repair is listed on the website saying if they can't fix a car on the spot, they will tow it where it can be repaired which I'm assuming is Nick's repair shop. STAY AWAY!
