He and a member of his team, Rose, kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. The driver, Ihor, was very professional and courteous. Didn't even reach out to me. Alex from Turbo Tow text messaged me after I posted the 2star review above. I called him. He advised me that the tow truck driver arrived, called my phone- it went straight to voicemail. Driver called Alex and left because they didn't see my car. (How could they? It was in the garage.) A simple confirmation to ring the doorbell would have solved the matter. He explained that when they couldn't contact me, the driver moved onto the next customer. Alex advised that they can come back in 30 minutes but when I said that another tow service is already on their way, he advised me to call the other tow service so I can note their phone numbers in case they call me. I heartily recommend Turbo Tow for their professionalism.
