Everyone is very professional and pleasant to talk to, the facility is clean and beautiful, there are TV's in each dental station where I can watch HGTV or some other show while getting work done, and there is a small play area where little ones am be entertained while I parent gets their work done too! Whenever someone is looking for a new dentist, I always refer them to this location and Dr. DiStefano!

Dr. DiStefano's staff from the front to back were wonderful. I absolutely loved Dr. DiStefano! I was having tooth pain and she not only made me feel like she cared but that she was going to get my problem taken care of. The solution was a root canal in a tooth that wasn't even hurting. I found it hard to believe but it was true! She explained why that happens and when I got that tooth taken care of...my pain was gone! She is friendly, caring and KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING! The receptionist was SUPER helpful (after calling a bunch of other places in the area, I can say that her friendliness really stood out - she truly seemed to care.) Not only did they get me in for my urgent issue, I was able to be seen quickly for a routine cleaning (vs waiting weeks for some other offices, or not even being able to get a hold of an actual person). The office is really clean, and everyone was friendly. On time, efficient, and a thorough exam by the dentist I saw. I'll be booking for the rest of my family. Two thumbs way up!

My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. He has a WONDERFUL personality and made me feel comfortable from the moment that I met him.  He was talking me through the entire procedure as he was working, which was different and surprisingly comforting.  I had a very difficult extraction that left me with minimal discomfort.  He made sure that I had all of the information for after care and even called from his cell later that day to check on me.  He told me to call him on his personal cell if I had any issues or concerns.  You can tell that he is EXCELLENT at what he does and he genuinely cares for his patients!!  I very highly recommend him!

She was extremely inconsiderate and stopped responding to me although I kept her updated throughout the whole process. She also told the State of Wisconsin that I wasn't contacting her, which is not true. I have text records showing I contacted her repeatedly, including messages asking her to mail the gift card, which she never did. I have documentation of everything and have since reported the matter and opened a case with the state of Wisconsin that has been ongoing since February of this year and is now officially closed as of Sept. 2026. I would ask for same day pay if I were you doing a working interview for this practice.

I went in for what I thought would be a new patient exam and routine cleaning. I was advised after a review of my teeth by three different people (assistant, hygienist and dentist) that I would need a periodontal cleaning because I had some concerning spots of gingivitis. I was then told it was a fairly steep cost. Due to me being displaced from work, I simply didn't have the money to pay for it right then and there, so no cleaning was done. Fast forward, I end up going to a different dental office due to the fact that they were in network with my new insurance after I found a new job. That dentist reviewed my exam done by Library Park Dental, and I advised him that this periodontal cleaning was recommended by them. The dentist at the new office stated that he simply did not believe it was needed. He could see why there was concern due to some inflammation in my gums (aka gingivitis), but that a periodontal cleaning just wasn't necessary to fix the issue, and even mentioned that he was impressed with how well I take care of my teeth. By the way, that part is true - I am mindful of taking care of my teeth and I take pride in doing so! Anyway, I wanted to post this review in case anyone else was surprised to hear from this office that a more extensive procedure was necessary. I certainly was, and I do feel as though I was misled by Library Park Dental. The hygienist at this office stated that this would be necessary to prevent periodontal disease, which doesn't go away. I am thankful for preventative measures being recommended to me, but when it comes at my expense as a patient, I would hope that this was only recommended unless they thought it was completely necessary. I have no reason to disbelieve the new dentist as his response was honest and forthcoming by comparison. I also want to note that I'm by no means trying to insinuate that Library Park Dental is committing malpractice or anything of that nature - I'm sure they do great by the people that look to them for help. I'm only posting this in case this helps someone out there looking for some perspective, and/or if the practice sees this they can try to course correct.
