My procedure was with Dr Tiboris. Very disappointing experience. I completed a paid working interview but Felicia tried to give me a…read moregift card instead of paying me for the work I performed. She was extremely inconsiderate and stopped responding to me although I kept her updated throughout the whole process. She also told the State of Wisconsin that I wasn't contacting her, which is not true. I have text records showing I contacted her repeatedly, including messages asking her to mail the gift card, which she never did. I have documentation of everything and have since reported the matter and opened a case with the state of Wisconsin that has been ongoing since February of this year and is now officially closed as of Sept. 2026. I would ask for same day pay if I were you doing a working interview for this practice.

Title: I'd take a hard pass on this clinic. I wrote very…read morehighly of this clinic a few years ago. Their patient care was great and I really enjoyed it. But my last two experiences were very bad. Last time I went here I was waiting (I think over 30min?) even though I made an appt. Fine, it happens. I got in the chair they took x-rays (great!) then sent a hygienist over and she did very, very, very little. They usually use a color coded probe to measure your gumline to see how much its receded, that was not done. They also de-calcify your teeth with a scaler/ultrasonic scaler (the scrapey part no one likes) she only did it on a few front teeth. Then she opened the prophy paste to "clean" the teeth and all she did was tap my four front teeth. That's it. That's all folks. Then they RUSH RUSH RUSHED me out the door. No one was that friendly either...busy I guess? Whatever. All in all very poor experience. They sure did bill my insurance though, of course! I thought maybe a fluke, one off? So I sent my husband in with tooth pan (cracked tooth.) I made him an appointment and everything. He waited FOR AN HOUR still and they looked at it, took a x-ray and sent him on his way. To be fair he didn't have my HSA card for payment so I get that. The real problem is (besides the ridiculous wait time) when I asked him about the experience he said "I didn't feel welcome there." and "They rushed me out so quickly." and "I just didn't feel like they wanted me there." Before anyone slaps back, yes I have very healthy teeth. I still don't see this an excuse to not perform certain tasks; and I do know what I am talking about. I have worked in dental for 10 years and I've never ever seen this level of poor service before. Pass all, find another one. One that prefers quality over quantity in patient car

The office is really clean, and everyone was friendly. On time, efficient, and a thorough exam by the dentist I saw. I'll be booking for the rest of my family. Two thumbs way up!

I always feel confident that my dental health and that of my family is in good hands here. They are excellent with my 6 year old. They always review good habits with her, and do a thorough exam, that doesn't hurt or scare her. She looks forward to her visits to Bright Smiles. No fear or trepidation whatsoever. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, I waited 10-15 minutes and then some x-rays were performed, I then waited 1.5 hours in an exam room and never saw any staff. They turned on a TV and left me alone. When someone finally came in (still not a dentist), she told me that the dentist would hopefully be in soon. She said the other patients had been there since 10 am (it was 4 pm) and were just being seen. I waited another half hour and then left. I never saw a dentist. After waiting several hours, I decided I'd rather be in pain at home in front of the TV than alone and in pain in an exam room in front of a TV.
