She had very poor bedside manner during the handful of times I had to interact with her. She told me I needed one crown when I went for my cleaning appointment. When I showed up for my crown appointment, they took more X-rays and then she told me I needed an additional crown. She pushed me to get the second one and didn't explain to me why I needed a second crown. She made me make the decision immediately, and it felt as though I was being tricked into spending more money at this office since this was not brought up at my cleaning appointment. She was extremely rough with me while she was working on my teeth to fit the crowns. She also scolded me for my flossing habits, saying I wasn't doing it enough and patronized me after I explained I do floss every night with floss picks. I have been seeing Dr. Kind for years and she is an amazing dentist, which is why I am sad to be writing this review for her dental office. However, I am very disappointed and frustrated with the care I received from Dr. Shroff at Kind Dentistry. I will not be returning to this dental office.

He is so gentle and always makes sure there is enough Novocaine. While getting my teeth cleaned, they are so friendly and personable. The one emergency I had, they got me in next day, as i recall. I can not say enough about Gould Dentistry.

I came in for routine, cleaning, whiteing etc... Nothing big. I paid over $500 cash for services…read morerendered, and, being honest they did a good job. However my insurance was changing and my dental coverage was no longer available. I had an outstanding debt of $97 after paying over five hundred at the time of services. I was unavailable for personal reasons, however, my wife was available and spoke to Dr. Gould often as my kids were in the same school and Boy Scout troop as Dr. Gould's. They put me in collections for $97?!?! His staff tried to help and said he is not involved in the billing so that is why he did not reach out personally. Sending something to collections, does allot of damage to someone with otherwise good credit. It was paid as soon as I learned about debt (albeit a long time after). I now have to go through a massive headache to get this tiny debt removed from my credit report. $97 what's, there take from that after a debt collector get's there cut, something like half? Dissapointed this happened, and of course I wanted to pay anything I owed, now off to work on getting it removed. The collection agency, they use actually told me if the amount was higher they would help remove it from my credit, but this was not enough, so I was on my own. The problem is... small debt not paid looks worse than large debt as you look irresponsible.
