I'm a big fan of Wash, Dry and Fold (WDF) whenever I can get it when traveling. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lizzie twice and Katie once and while they are all business given the high volume of laundry they process, they also recognize the importance of customer service. The final product is spectacularly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so you can see and find all your clothes easily. It also has a nice clean scent to it. I will be in that area again in July and look forward to being more laundry there. Highly recommend!!

I asked her to give only couple minutes more to put my laundry away but she told to leave right away otherwise she gonna call the police on me and my husband retired US militaryveteran if we do not leave immediately, she was saying to us bad words and kicked us out with middle finger. I didn't see yet such kind of rudeness especially to my husband, US military veteran. The customer service in this place is UNACCEPTABLE. I think this employee was eather drunk or under drugs because she didn't care about what she said and to who she said. She was very disrespectful to us and I just wondering if management will take care about their employee's behavior to make sure they treat their customers properly

Prior to handing my clothes to the owner I inspected each article of clothing and identified any stains. The owner witnessed this. When I picked up my shirts. The owner quickly wanted me to pay but I inspect all clothes from the cleaners. I soon discovered an issue with my dress shirt. The owner and her husband was quick to say it was due to my SWEAT GLANDS. I told them I don't sweat especially during the fall/winter weather here and I wear under shirts. Then he was quick to blame me on putting an oil on my shirt. I stated this was caused by your shop as I inspected all my clothes prior to handing them over. The wife/owner just smiled and said PAY. I wonder if I had been a Caucasian male or female had the outcome been different. It's SAD that they were quick to say it's my fault rather than say they would try to get it out as other PROFESSIONAL cleaners might have done. Not in this case. These days BUSINESSES ARE QUICK to earn a buck. Well the BUCK stops here. I will not be returning to this cleaners EVER again. And I advise everyone else to do the same. Seems like I should have read past reviews before bringing my business to this place.
