She knew my nervousness because i talked about and said she was an RN and knew what she was doing. I get migraines and I wanted my 11s injected. Instead, she said she needed to inject higher and on my (faint and non problmatic )crows feet to " even it out." SO 600 dollars later, my forehead is frozen DOWN into a permanent frown. My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now. The worst part is that I trusted her and talked ti her about my fears of bad injections and she did it anyways. It hard not to take it personally. nd also, the "heavy dropped brow" seems to be triggering more migraines. Utter waste of trust and money. During my consultation, I was told that because the spot was so minimal, it would likely take only three treatments to achieve the desired result. Based on that representation, I decided to move forward. After completing two treatments, I have seen absolutely no improvement whatsoever. Not a slight improvement, not a minor change, nothing. What made the situation even more frustrating was management's response when I raised my concerns. Instead of addressing the fact that I was originally told three treatments would be sufficient, I was informed that results may take anywhere from six to ten treatments. Had that been disclosed during my consultation, I would have made a very different decision about proceeding with treatment. Cosmetic procedures are expensive, and clients rely on the expertise and honesty of the providers making treatment recommendations. Being told one thing during the sales process and something completely different after raising concerns is unacceptable. Rather than standing behind their recommendation or working toward a fair resolution, I was met with resistance and a lack of accountability. I followed the treatment plan exactly as advised and am left with the same issue I started with and no results to show for the money and time spent. Angel is a true professional and she makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments. She's always good about talking though any changes I've made to my skincare routine to make sure it won't interact/interfere with the treatment. As with everything in life, you need to find who/what works for you through trying them out. I tried another NP at SEV when Angel wasn't available, and while she wasn't bad at all, there are just little things that Angel does that appeal to me and improve my overall experience (I have high anxiety about procedures).

When I asked if I could just book later through the app, I was told I'd be charged a no-show fee if I didn't schedule right then. If you're asked to come early, just be aware you may still be waiting.
