Oh boy, Where to start lol. First of all I am literally the biggest baby in the world when it comes to needles-like throw up-pass out cold-baby. I wanted my lips done so bad but previously, when I had them done, it was such an ordeal that I just gave up. So fast forward to our move in Dana Point CA and next to our new home is DermFX. I stopped in one afternoon just to get a feel for the place. I told them how sensitive I am to needles and they made an appointment for me with Rachael. I was so nervous going in to my appointment but Rachel took so much time with me and was beyond patient and guess what-It was amazing. No throwing up, no passing out and my lips are AMAZING!!! Like Rachael honestly has given me such a huge gift. I have a person to go to now who listens to me, is patient and does the most amazing work ever and I seriously look freaking amazing (if I do say so myself-lol). I am in the entertainment business so lots of people see me and right now I feel like a million bucks. I even opted to do 50 units of botox while I was there. Just had a Scarlet Treatment a week ago. Loving the results. Also had some filler placed around my mouth ( smoker/laugh lines etc.). Rachael did both procedures. She's amazing. Not only is she extremely knowledgable but she's also refreshingly open and honest - and gave some really good suggestions, not just a "yes" person. I always come away learning something. Rachael really listened to my concerns and did a phenomenal job with the filler. It came out even better than I expected. It looks very natural. She's got a great eye and technique ( no bruising after !! ) I'm excited to work with her in the future. I must say, after reading ALL (and I mean ALL) of the reviews for DERMFX, my expectations were already high because most people have a great experience there. Everyone at DermFx in Dana Point is so professional and helpful! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I went for my first ever masseter injectable about 6 months ago and decided to treat a couple of other areas that were starting to look a bit "old" at the same time haha. Kristina suggested Xeomin for my TMJ and she put me so at ease--she is so kind and engaging and good at her job--I had zero pain during the injections and the injection sites were pretty much invisible within a couple of days. No pain, no bruising, and I was so happy with the results that I went back again about 3 months later, and now that I'm ready to go again soon I realized I never left a review!
