I am a Florida native and believe this needs to be something everyone who lives in Florida does. The wait is typically longer than needed as the waiting rooms are not busy. I believe they schedule appointments in 10 minute increments. My appointment was at 12:50 but I arrived at 12:40 for any paperwork they may have required. I was taken back into a room at 1:15 and saw the nurse practitioner at 1:25. Back in my car driving at 1:40. It is unfortunate that the wait time is longer than the skin check that is done in under a minute. I really wish they would spend a little more time examining for potentially cancerous moles. Don't you have two or three minutes to look, as the copay is $50 bucks... It seems that most Dermatologists are more interested in selling cosmetic services than saving lives these days unfortunately.

They take time to listen to our concerns. A rare find in the medical arena! I am a native Floridian and grew up on the beach before sunscreen was cool. Laura Millns helped me develop a plan of treatment for addressing several pre cancer areas particularly on my face and neck. I am very satisfied with the Levulan and Blue Light treatment. He give clear, cogent, and concise explanations of the diagnosis, prognosis, and proposed treatment plan(s). In my case he did a biopsy and diagnosed a somewhat rare form of cancer which presented as a sub-dermal skin lesion caused by a non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He then made a referral to a Radiology/Oncology clinic for treatment. I am highly pleased with the positive outcome. I also appreciate the office and support staffs; they have been efficient, helpful, courteous, and attentive. Today, my appointment, which included a full-body exam was completed in 35 minutes total: Outer waiting room, less than 5 minutes; exam room, less than 10 minutes, 10-15 for the exam, and three minutes to check out. The rest of the time was undress/dress and pleasant conversation with some of the staff. I will recommend to anyone who asks. BTW: If this review shows my residence as San Francisco, it is incorrect.
