Viviana was so kind and attentive from the first moment I entered. Dr. Molinares is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to provide a highly personalized, gentle approach that made all the difference in my visit. My appointment started with a comprehensive deep skin analysis, which was an absolute game-changer. It went far beyond a standard consultation, revealing underlying sun damage and specific needs in the deeper layers of my skin that simply cannot be seen with the naked eye. Having that level of scientific detail allowed Dr. Molinares to customize the exact right protocol for my face and neck. For my treatment, I received the Micro Glow paired with a soothing PDRN mask, which felt incredibly rejuvenating and cut down on redness and downtime from the treatment. To give my skin a comprehensive nutrient boost, we included the VAMP protocol, delivering a customized blend of Vitamins, Amino Acids, Minerals, and Peptides directly where my skin was craving it most. I had also mentioned my stubborn horizontal neck lines, and Dr. Molinares expertly incorporated an Elastic Lab Skin Booster specifically targeted to smooth and tighten that delicate area. The entire procedure was comfortable, relaxing, and handled with such a gentle touch. I am thrilled with the level of care and expertise I received. My skin already feels renewed, and I know I am in the best possible hands for my long-term skincare journey. I truly can't wait to go back in next month for my next treatment. If you are looking for real results and a luxurious, welcoming environment, with a highly educated and knowledgeable doctor, look no further than Alera Medspa!

To be fair, I might have said yes, meaning that I knew that. Anyway, I was injected in places I do not care about ie: jaw line. *They only carry Jeverderm products.* I told them I used another product. They assured me Jeverderm would give the same results. NO, it didn't. All the Lip lines were not affected by the injections. Very disappointing. They did comp one vial of Jeverderm because of my dissatisfaction. It still was not the results I usually get. It was uncomfortable and a little intimidating. I did not feel part of the process. Curious, I asked how much for all she recommended-$10,000.00 I just want to look refreshed not remade. No stars if an option.

There are a lot of spas that have staff that are NOT physicians giving cosmetic injections etc.....sorry I don't trust businesses that do that or engage in "Botox parties", these are dangerous practices and unsafe. I called the office to schedule three HIFU sessions for face and neck. The front desk informed me…read morethat the clinic was offering a special discount for HIFU face at $300. I mentioned that their Groupon offer is $449.10, so obviously I preferred to book directly through the office at the lower rate. When I asked to add HIFU for the neck, I was told it would be $1,000--which made no sense. If the face treatment is $300, the neck portion should be proportionate (around $150). Essentially, I was told that face + neck would cost $1,300, while Groupon lists the combo for $584.10. After being placed on hold for about 10 minutes while the receptionist spoke with the practice manager, she returned to say that the $300 offer only applies to the face, and the neck is full price. I pointed out that I could get both areas cheaper on Groupon, but she said Groupon is just their "marketing strategy" to attract new clients to the clinic, not something they match or honor. This made no sense from a customer standpoint -- I was ready to purchase three sessions upfront, but the inconsistency in pricing and the dismissive handling of my questions completely turned me away. This review is for the owner: please train your staff and review your sales approach. As a medical practice, transparency and professionalism matter. Patients should not feel like they are being upsold or confused by inconsistent pricing. Selling treatments is one thing -- but upholding the integrity of your MD title should always come first.
