I have been to doctor after docto,r trying determine what was causing horrible lesions on my hands and feet, for the past 25 years. Nobody could tell me. One visit to Dr. Aguilar at 360 Dermatology and the lesions have been gone for over a year. I highly recommend this practice. read more

I discovered a random rash on my body Sunday evening. Called 360 dermatology first thing Monday morning and was able to get an appointment the same week. The office was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The wait time wasn't too long like most other offices. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The dermatologist I saw was very very detailed and took her time explaining everything. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews, however my experience was all positive read more

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter a few weeks prior to the actual date. 2 days prior I got an email confirming the appointment. The day after they messaged me wanting to change my appointment. When I called back, they couldn't find my info. There was somewhat of a language barrier as she couldn't talk off her script. We got my appointment rescheduled and I was told someone would call back to schedule the other one, no one ever did. When I called the next day, same thing, couldn't find any info, now there were not dates-for over 6 weeks ( the appointment I made the day before wasn't on their books). The whole call was so unprofessional and unorganized. I gave up and will go somewhere else. read more

I have been going to 360 Dermatology since I moved to Wesley Chapel 8 years ago . Over the past few years the practice has slowly deteriorated with staff turnover - inability to talk directly with the office and phone calls not returned . Last week was the final straw when my appointment that I had made way back in April was rescheduled three times and not in the same week The third time was a voicemail message rescheduling my appointment from the day of to the next day without even reaching me . Then of course I couldn't reach the office directly just the call center who had to leave a message at the office for someone to call me - guess what they never did! Done and done with this office read more

Made my husband an appointment and gave the gentleman over the phone our insurance, he placed me on hold, I'm assuming to ask about the insurance we had. He came back and confirmed the appointment and that was the end of the conversation. My husband then sends pictures of his insurance card to them that same day. Never heard anything. Fast forward to my husband's appointment, he gets there and 20 minutes AFTER his scheduled appointment after he's been waiting they tell him "we don't accept your insurance". It's not good business to have someone waiting 20 minutes until their appointment in the office to be told that the insurance they have isn't accepted here. read more

360 Dermatology is the absolute worst. It took them over THREE MONTHS to let me know that my biopsy was pre-cancerous. I will obviously not return. The WORST. read more

My full body examination wasn't complete. My ears and scalp wasn't examined. Communication with any department is almost nonexistent. Took 3 months for the billing to be filled with my insurance. The best treatment I have ever received for my skin concerns. They really paid attention and listened. I have been going for years. I did botox and filler with Andrea as well and she does such a natural beautiful look. Honestly the best derm office I have ever visited. I added a before and after. Please be kind, the before is a very vulnerable place for me. I had eyebrow psoriasis which caused my hair to fall. I worked with Dr. Aparna for a cure and look at the most recent picture taken in July. Fully healed lips and eyebrow growth returned. I cannot thank them enough. Gotta call for a lip filler appointment soon read more

I've been wanting micro needling for a while but was researching where to get it done for numerous reasons. That's when I had my consultation with Lolita. She was extremely thorough and comforting so much that I felt like a family member was doing my procedure. I can't wait to see her again for my next session! read more

Dr Aparna Ambay is the best. Great demeanor, friendly, always remembers my condition and genuinely cares. Expert in the field. I was a full time Floridian and last year moved back to Illinois but I still fly back to my dermatology appointments with Dr Ambay read more

I'm 60 yrs old & have avoided all anti-aging maintenance like fillers & Botox...until TODAY...After researching & asking a lot of people about their experiences, I decided to go in for a consultation. I made my appt the evening before for an 8am next day appt & they were able to accommodate me! I was greeted professionally at the receptionist desk. Then an asst named Kayla took me to a private exam room, took my general info & referred me to Aditi patiently answered all my questions & gave me her professional opinion on what would best meet my needs. So, Botox was the best course of action around the eyes, above my lips, and on my lips for a lip flip & both sides of my chin where i was getting marionette lines. Minimal sting, was surprisingly quick & easy. The entire appt was less than 30 min, zero recovery time, no bleeding, hardly noticeable when i got home. (was advised effects could take up to 2 wks for full effect). we decided best to go slowly & add more after 2 wks so as not to overdo/exaggerate the experience. It was a very positive "1st impression" & would highly recommend 360! I plan on returning as often as needed now! Great team! read more

Dr Ambay excellent. Her staff was not so great but she made changes and took care of that. She is an excellent doctor.

I have had many opportunities to experience the services of 360 Dermatology. It is a very pleasant and enjoyable place from the time you walk in the door. I recently received correction service on micro blading, which was done at a different location. I have so much praise for Lolita Wilczar, Medical Aesthetician, for the fabulous job she did. I am beyond grateful!! Ms. Lolita also provides many other services which I have had and recommend her for your needs. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! 360 Dermatology in Wesley Chapel FL is the most unprofessional, careless medical practice I have ever been a patient of...I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had an outpatient surgery to remove an atypical mole, which required 5 stitches. 2 weeks later, on Friday 10/11/24, I arrived there at 9:00AM for my appointment to remove my stitches. Mind you, I had received 3 appointment reminders prior to that day including the previous evening. NO ONE WAS THERE. They turned off their phone messaging system so I could not speak with anyone or leave a voicemail. Not a single car in the parking lot, doors locked, not even a sign on the door. No phone call, email, or text providing care instructions. My skin was growing over the stitches causing constant pain. It was imperative the stitches be removed. I called several times; no phone # provided to contact an on-call doctor. I had to find someone on my own to remove my stitches which was very painful due to the skin growing over them & no lidocaine. It is now Tuesday 10/14/24, 5 days later, and they STILL HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME TO REMOVE MY STITCHES. This practice is a joke. No one there takes accountability for the welfare of their patients. They completely forgot about me. This practice is reckless and their inaction is inexcusable. You have been warned. read more

This office is terribly ran! They go out of their way to get reviews deleted and removed from other platforms. But don't make any effort to just do better as a practice. The entire staff, including the best providers, have all left or gotten fired. It's absolute chaos. And instead of doing better, they are more concerned with hiding the poor reviews to hide the truth of how poorly managed and ran this practice has become. Sad. read more

Absolutely love 360 and Dr Harb. 8 am currently being treated for rosacea. Dr Harb took the time to really discuss my issue and what I would like to get from my treatment. Also the staff is incredibly friendly and the office is spotless. read more

They do OK by you during an appointment, but trying to get anyone on the phone to discuss test results is like pulling teeth.

I had used Dr Ambay as my dermatologist for about the last 5+ years. I remember when she didn't have this giant office and still had her own smaller one in Wesley chapel and would see patients face to face. This last time I went I was seen by one of her PAs (Patel I believe) which I didn't want but they told me that was the only way I'd get in. I was told she was fantastic. I went in for a discussion of a small pimple like bump on my chest, I explained my concern to the PA when I went in for my visit and she explained she could cut it off during this office visit and they could send it out for biopsy which was to verify it wasn't anything greater than just a bump. Long story short right before cutting it off my chest she told me that I might have a scar but nothing too serious. Let me say that if I knew I'd have a hypertrophic scar on my chest I wouldn't have done the procedure!! That's what I'm left with now, approx 6 months later. I am so disappointed and angry because Dr Ambay would've told me the risks and better educated me on this issue than just paying to be cut. Now I have a red pimple like raised scar that is worse than what I came in with and has effected my quality of life and how I feel. All of this to say Dr Ambay is a nice doctor and she is qualified yes however she has gotten WAY TOO BIG for her own good. It isn't the same office that it used to be and they're all about $. The assistants are rude and rushed and I didn't feel cared for or treated like the paying patient that I am at all. I will be looking for a new dermatologist and she's not cheap either for what you're getting (which is the bare minimum). If you're looking for a dermatologist I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere truly. Additionally, I think if you go through these reviews majority of the 5 star ones are ones that have been published 4/5 years ago. Attesting to the obviousness that the office has gotten too big within the last several years and the quality of this business overall has gone downhill. Like I said before please do yourself a favor and look for a different dermatologist within your insurance. read more

I don't even know where to start with this office and the treatment we received from Dr. Ambay. If there was a time where this was a good dermatologist, it's unfortunately not the case anymore. It's not about being perfect, they never get it right. From writing prescriptions correctly, sending them into the pharmacy, answering the phone or text messages, attitude from the front desk staff. It doesn't matter what area of customer service or care, it's the most frustrating doctor experience I have ever had. read more

The best! If I could I would give it 10 stars. My mom and I have been patients of Dr Ambay for many years. We both have had a number of successful procedures that went well above our expectations. I just recently had Laser on my back and I am getting Laser done on my face next week. Her medical staff is above the any other medical staff that I have dealt with. The front office personnel go above and beyond and it makes you feel good when you walk in and welcome you by your first name. Highly, Highly recommended! I will never go to and other dermatologist! read more

Before you come to this place read the reviews the office and location looks very good but the staff is not they do not answer phone or message also for my experience the over do things that are not medically necessary like in my case the first time they did a biopsy before the surgery that was ok and need but on the day of the surgery they did another one that i did not know not until i received a bill on the first one they call me for the result on the apparently second one they never call me for any result and when i call to dispute they could not explained for me this is an scan also on my follow up visit that want me to pay for even when i explained that after surgery i have 90 days for follow , they are money hungry....... read more

I went to the Trinity office for an infection/cyst/boil...whatever you want to call that horrible thing on my shoulder blade UGH. Self-pay with minimal insurance. Let me tell you HOW WONDERFUL this staff was. From the office staff to the nurses, even down to my doctor, Vanessa I believe her name was. They went above and beyond for me. Helping me to get cost as low as they possibly could AND playing music that I love, LOUDLY even, while having the in-office procedure to remove it. They let me know they cared and that I was important. I could not have asked for a better experience while dealing with something that was giving me tremendous anxiety. Thank you. read more

I visited the center a couple of days ago. I decided to sleep on my experience before posting... I was too upset to think rationally the day of my visit. While the facility is beautiful, personnel welcoming, my appointment as a new patient was delayed by more than one hour! I arrived at 9.50am for my 10am appointment and wasn't seen by the doctors before 11.15am. I truly believed that as a courtesy I will benefit from a small credit on my not so small bill (over $500), but that didn't happen. I myself work in doctor's office, and we make sure that we provide the service they deserve, including respecting the time of their appointment. I left disappointed. read more

Reschedule, reschedule, reschedule... AND won't see the doctor. Have made four appointments here... Went to three of four, even after they called to reschedule the three. The last (fourth) appointment I made, they once again called to reschedule. I have decided that my time off is as important as the doctor's, when she instead decides to break appointments to go on vacation... So I'm not going back for the fourth appointment. In addition, I made appointments with the doctor and each time I went in they instead sent me to her P. A... If a patient has an appointment with the M. D., they should see the M. D. I have had a lot of problems with my skin due to acne scarring and sun damage. My experience with 360 Dermatology was incredible to say the least. I genuinely felt like the staff really cared about me and my concerns and put together a plan to accomplish my goals. I ended up going through a series of micro needling and I have to say Rene, was the absolute BEST! She took her time and made sure I understood the entire process! I can't say enough about Regan Hoefle, MPH. Her passion to help her clients get their skin to the best it can be is beyond obvious. She took so much time explaining the treatments and the process it would take to get my skin to where I wanted it to be. She even followed up with emails and phone calls just to make sure I was doing ok. I highly highly recommend 360 Dermatology! read more

We have been patients here for a few years, would always see Julie. I sent my daughter today for her annual check and an issue with a rash on her legs. They quickly saw her, didn't do the annual check and still hasn't called in the medication. I called to inquire as they billed us for her annual check and it wasn't done and when the medication will be sent to the pharmacy. I was told someone would call me back within a few days to answer my questions. WHAT?! A few days to find out why they billed something that wasn't done, and when I could get the medication for the rash. The doctor spent maybe 4 minutes in the room and she felt rushed. I would highly suggest finding someone else than this practice, as I am doing the same. This practice is the prime example of just being a number and something to bill to insurance, they dont care about their patients, and the turnover on doctors and PA's clearly shows this. read more

Too many reschedules!! Booking your follows ups months out and then getting a call cancelling the day before the appointment is ridiculous and this happened on numerous occasions.
