I wish a zillion stars were an option! From the lovely receptionist to the amazing doctor- a wonderful experience. I've never had lip filler before and was nervous about the and the fear of looking like a Kardashian. The pain was minimal and now about 3 days later the swelling and bruising has gone down. Reception area are very cordial. However, ladies be aware. I'm a senior that was lied to from consultation date till the last day I was told I was only getting 2 Hilos Tensores installed for the $3,800 I paid for to get a slight lift. I would've been thrilled if only a slight lift, I never received. They show me a filtered pic of me and insist that was me. Who's gonna argue with a picture in their hand insisting it's me. I felt defeated and can I say robbed. The women that sold me the package really seem honest. Shes not. I won't say her, but she has reminded me at my age, that DONT TRUST THE BOOK BY ITS COVER. I hope they don't ever do her mother or grandma what was done to me. read more

Dr. Molinares-Sosa was so gracious and kind to me today! I had my first Botox and Versa injectables today. Dr. M. took her time to educate me on all aspects of the procedures, took pictures and helped me understand my options before starting the procedures that I selected. I had 44 units of Botox (forehead, between my eyes and outer eyes) and a syringe of Versa filler (laugh lines connecting my nose and lips). She was very conversational, offered me a beverage and got to know me as a person before starting her work as her patient! I already love the effects of the Versa! Her receptionist was very helpful, pleasant and even helped me upload the app on my phone for the Versa coupon!! People will forget what you SAY but they never forget how you made them FEEL!! I received lip fillers for the first time at a different location. It wasn't a bad experience but I bruised and the results did not last as long as they advertised. That is NOT the case at this spa. I love Dr. Molina. I have received lip fillers, Botox, facial, lash lift, fillers under my eyes and fillers in my laugh line area. I have ZERO complaints. This spa always offered specials. I used to go to Debanie for facials when she worked at another spa in the area so when I found out that she was now at Alera Med Spa I paid her a visit I had a fantastic anti aging facial with her and I really noticed the difference in my skin especially around my eye area . The spa was clean and the staff were nice and friendly . i also got a gift bag of goodies as it happened to be my birthday .
