This is what happened to me today, she unfinished the epilation of half of 1 armpit and left a lot of redness with bumps. I booked 1 hour for the treatment as usual but if she is not in the mood, she will do it painfully and slow. I went to another salon right after, the technician finished what Julir left in only 10 minutes and left no such irritiation. Julie will give you attitude and low quality service. I used to be a regular client, unfornutly I had to change a salon because of 1 mean and ineaduquete staff member. All the other members are nice and professional.

Even taking the time to just chat with me about my previous experience elsewhere. He was lovely, His assistant seemed a little new and wasn't quite sure what she was talking about in my opinion, but understood when I said i'd wait to speak to the actual Doctor. I was very happy with the direction we decided to take to help make my skin clear up. He gave me options I could do at their clinic and options I could do elsewhere for the same result for less money. This was a huge selling point for me, because yes he is private but he's not out to get your money. On that note I do find this place a tad expensive, However, I've gotten excellent service and kindness all around. So I believe it's worth it. I'll keep you updated on the results when I'm done my six month adjustment. I've been seeing Amanda for some facial care to help with my acne, and she has great energy, is always smiling and isn't upset when I'm late because parking is IMPOSSIBLE. But what do you expect for a downtown clinic. She takes the time to explain the procedure, address my concerns and overall listen to me. As I mentioned, i've been coming to this client for 4.5-5 months, and I've never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointment. I never wait with Amanda and Doctor Munk brought me into the exam room after two minutes and came to meet me after about 5 or 6. The receptionists are waaaay to chipper/nice for my liking, but I'm also grouchy and don't like people haha. On a more serious note. They respond to calls almost immediately, they call back when they say they will. They answer emails, and online bookings. I've found them exceptionally responsive.

WTF!!! and to boot the person that calls you is some young unqualified staff member. it's unsettling. However, Munk is super nice and very qualified. He has excellent mannerisms, polite, knows his stuff but once you see him the next time you have a question yup go back and get dinged another $200. By the way he has another business on same floor where creams are being encouraged to be purchased and sold at Tignanello prices.

Peau Montreal is a medical esthetic clinic that offers a very wide range of laser and other type of non surgical treatments (skin tightening, hair removal, anti aging, acne treatments, slimming, dermal fillers, etc...) Their offices are modern, clean, and inviting, and their staff is welcoming and well informed. This clinics owner, Dermatologist Dr. Khanna, is on site for consultation and supervision of treatment.... Many other clinics only have only technicians on staff and patients never see the doctor... I contacted Peau because of a problem with persistent, cystic, Accutain resistant Acne... I was booked in immediately for a consultation with both a technician AND the owner of the clinic, dermatologist, Dr. Mannish Khanna, who where both very nice and informative. They came up with a treatment plan for the Acne, as well as answered some questions about some of the other procedures they do at the clinic. I was most impressed with the fact that when I asked about a treatment that might help the area under my eyes, Dr. Khanna, after examining the area, recommended against it, telling me that the results his non surgical procedure would provide would probably not be noticeable/long lasting enough for me to be happy with. I very much appreciated his honesty instead of recommending a procedure that would turn out to be a waist of money. Over all, although I am still mid way through my acne treatment program, I am happy with the level of care I have received here, and would come back for other treatments.

After giving birth to my daughter, I felt like I needed a little refreshing. Dr. Khanna created a treatment plan that was perfect for my needs and also realistic. He does a wonderful job at evaluating your needs and advising you of the ideal procedure. He does not simply sell you a service because it is the most pricy, rather he helps you decide on treatments that are best suited to your personal needs and goals. The clinic is impeccably clean and well appointment and the staff is incredibly attentive to your needs. I have completed a series of BBL treatments and am in the process of doing Cool Sculpting. I am already so thrilled with the results I'm seeing! I would highly recommend Dr. Khanna and PEAU.

She also did not question any habits of mine that could be contributing to my condition, she was very quick to prescribe me a cream just to make a quick buck. Overall, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend.
