I was under the impression that botox lasts for at least 3 months. I went in for a touch up on the forehead and that round lasted for about the same time. The botox pricing is about $12.50 per unit The manicure and pedicure are professional and sanitary. It's a lux experience. Initially they did offer wine, coffee, tea and water however, I've noticed they deliver a mini bottled water in stealth mode. I'm not sure if they offer the other beverages anymore since Covid-19 came into existence. The complimentary beverages made the services more pampering. One can checkout online or at the front in person. I find their prices are around 30- 60% higher than your average nail salon. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours if you book manicure and pedicure together. And anywhere from 30-50 minutes for botox depending on a touch up or initial appointment. They do require payment immediately by way of a handheld payment device that they present to you in the patient room while you wait to see the doctor for the treatment.

The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. I purchased a package of laser treatments for my daughter's arms and lower face and paid for it in full in February 2025. After a couple of treatments, she also received a facial. Unfortunately, my daughter developed a significant acne breakout afterward, and we have been dealing with the consequences for over a year. She has seen two dermatologists and received treatment, but her skin has still not returned to how it was before. Because of this situation, we had to repeatedly reschedule and cancel her laser appointments. On one occasion, I cancelled an appointment the day before and was charged a $100 no-show fee. Months later, when we returned for another treatment, we were told that it was her last session. I questioned this because I believed we still had treatments remaining. Stephanie was helpful and took the time to review the account. She determined that we were entitled to three additional sessions and arranged for the $100 cancellation fee to remain as a credit on the account for future use. I appreciated her effort and left the credit with the business. Based on the information Stephanie provided, I believed that we had three additional sessions available, along with the $100 credit. We subsequently came in for two additional sessions, so we believed that one session remained. When we returned, however, we were told that there were no treatments left. When I questioned this, the owner told me that she would review the account and call me the following day. I never received that call. The next day, I went to the business to resolve the issue directly. The interaction was extremely disappointing. I was told that management was not available and was instructed to leave. While I was there, Yodi did not have the courage to handle the situation remained in her office. I was told that she saw me on the security camera and called the office and tried to intimidate me and my teenage daughter over the speaker by stating that she was going to call the police. I was there to resolve the issue regarding the credit I was entitled to and the treatments that I had already paid for and believed were still owed to my daughter. What was especially troubling is that I was willing to resolve the matter professionally and respectfully. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully, particularly given that my teenage daughter had already had a difficult experience. I was also disappointed by the way the situation was handled and felt that the business prioritized retaining my payment rather than fairly resolving the account. There were other issues as well. On one occasion, I waited more than an hour for my appointment. However, when my daughter was approximately 10 minutes late on another occasion, we were told that she had to reschedule. My purpose in writing this review is to share my experience and encourage customers to carefully track the treatments they purchase, the number of sessions they receive, and any charges made to their accounts. If you pay for a package in advance, I strongly recommend keeping your receipts, treatment records, appointment history, and payment records. I am extremely disappointed that something that could have been resolved through a simple review of the account turned into such an unpleasant experience. Based on my experience, I believe the business failed to honor services that I had paid for, and I would not recommend it. I also plan to share my experience with the Better Business Bureau so that it is aware of my concerns regarding the business practices at this location.
