No one reached out to me Tuesday the 14th so I called in Wednesday Nov 15th, I was told the part wouldnt be in until Friday Nov 17th but it would be fixed again the following Tuesday Nov 21st. So here it Tuesday Nov 21th at 2:30pm and I had to call twice to get anyone to answer and was told AGAIN the part wasnt in and this week being Thanksgiving week it would be until the following week until they would even have the part or even have it close to being fixed. When I addressed this issues I was told by Ray I was NOT being understanding?! I am now not understanding how NO ONE called me to let me know what was going on, I had to call in MULITPULE times to get the run around. Do not get your car needs serviced here, save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere where they will communicate with you and not pull the wool over your eyes.

Once I picked up my car I was less than 3 feet off their lot when I knew something was still wrong. Clearly they didn't test drive it after completing the repairs. My car sat at their shop for another 2 months until it was finally fixed. They towed the car to my house, where I found that things had been stolen from it. Stay far far away!! You would be better off taking your car to the local nursing home for repairs.

I've parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed my vehicle 10 miles away and then charged me $300 to get my own car back. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit "wasn't shown," even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was "hidden," which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people's vehicles. When I questioned their pricing, he said that if I needed a tow from the side of the road it would be a "different rate," but refused to tell me what that rate even is. Completely sketchy and suspicious behavior. The fact that they can't or won't provide the standard roadside tow rate raises more concerns about the legitimacy of the $300 charge. I also asked for an itemized receipt and proof that my permit supposedly "wasn't there," and they refused to provide either. That alone says everything about how they operate. This was completely unnecessary, stressful, and expensive--especially when my permit was visible the whole time. Their behavior shows a lack of care, professionalism, and accuracy when towing from residential areas.
