Jon Madge, our sales person, has been exceptionally responsive and has kept all his promises. We have a slip at Spring Point Marina and the staff has been on top of our every need. They are super friendly and helpful. This past Tuesday we hit a floating piece of wood in the harbor. Jon happened by and we told him what happened. By the time I got in to the office to tell Jen, she already had called Marty from Service to look at engine. By Wednesday afternoon I had a call from Marty in Service to say that he had been down to the boat and fixed the problem (very minor issue) and that we were ready to go again! We have been in the water at Spring Point since the first of May. As new boat owners we have had many questions and requests. All the staff is knowledgable and friendly. Could not have selected a better place to buy our boat or to keep it for the season! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this entire team!

We brought our boat in for specific repairs at Reo Marine Service at the end of last summer,…read morereceived a quote, and a paid over $2,000 for repairs owner said he did. We believed him and stored the shrink wrapped boat. At the beginning of this summer, we got the boat in the water and learned that several of the repairs that we paid for as having been done weren't! When I told the owner, he acted put out and then told me it would cost another $250 to get some additional work done-although we had already paid him! I wouldn't trust what he tells you and would advise anyone needing boat repairs to go somewhere else. In my experience, Rich is a dishonest person.

The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation

If you see staff go running down the dock , thats a sure sign that one of their customers is coming in and staff will be on-hand to catch the lines. This marina caters to Mega Yachts with slips designed specifically for yachts of that size. You cant beat the location , in the heart of the Old Port.
