This is U-Pick - there are instructions on a wall before you go down to the dock. Take a mesh bag, pick out your oysters from a crate marked U-Pick, put the cash in the box (or pay using venmo). They also have shuckers you can purchase if you don't have one. They are $1.25 per oyster, but if you buy more, the prices are lower. 4 for $5, 12 for $15, 16 for $20, 20 for $25. We have eaten them raw and chargrilled. Both ways were amazing! They travel well, just keep them cold in cooler or fridge. I have picked on Friday and eaten on Sunday with no dead ones. The owners are very friendly - we had some nice conversations.
