Jon Madge, our sales person, has been exceptionally responsive and has kept all his promises. We have a slip at Spring Point Marina and the staff has been on top of our every need. They are super friendly and helpful. This past Tuesday we hit a floating piece of wood in the harbor. Jon happened by and we told him what happened. By the time I got in to the office to tell Jen, she already had called Marty from Service to look at engine. By Wednesday afternoon I had a call from Marty in Service to say that he had been down to the boat and fixed the problem (very minor issue) and that we were ready to go again! We have been in the water at Spring Point since the first of May. As new boat owners we have had many questions and requests. All the staff is knowledgable and friendly. This is a gorgeous marina in a great location, just a short walk from the main strip. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and don't even get me started on the amazing dock dogs they have. If I could write this review just about Sophie and Rudder, it would be five stars on its own! The area is beautiful and Chick's has a bunch of wonderful decorative touches that make it really special. It is super clean (even the bathrooms) and absolutely worth the stay.
