When we were late for our first few appointments (we were new parents, had little sleep, and were getting used to the idea that it takes an hour to get out of the house) they didn't make us feel bad, or feel that we were wasting their time- they were understanding. I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding, but they were supportive. I broke down several times in their office, crying hysterically, and the nursing staff were all kind and supportive, giving me words of encouragement. The doctors are very down to earth, and just care that your baby is doing well- doesn't matter how fast or slow they are progressing, and they don't make you panicked, telling you what your baby should or should not be doing at any point. They just tell you how great you're doing/how great your kid is doing- they are very encouraging. The BEST thing about them is they will NOT take you if you refuse to vaccinate your child! Otherwise, they will take any insurance, etc- they just want to make sure the children that go to their office are safe. I cannot say what a relief that was to see that policy. Also, they have a 'sick' and 'healthy' section of the waiting room, so no germs are crossed over- same for the rooms. The whole office is separated in two- with the right side for the sick, and the left side for the healthy. I just adore these doctors.

Dr. Calkins is realistic and gives sound advice on many topics. She is not one to get in a tissy over small things. She accepts that some kids are smaller and some kids are bigger. The office has always answered my urgent calls if I need to call in for a medical question after hours. They also squeeze me into the first available appointment if my kids are sick. They are great to the kids and my kids feel comfortable heading to the doctor's office. I have recommended their office to lots of friends.

This office is run by an elderly doctor who should consider retirement and let the next group of you professional doctors step in. I would never ever recommend this office due to the terrible experience with the staff. Go someplace where there are several doctors to treat your child instead of a sole practice who has limited hours and availability. Larger practices have early morning appointments, late hours, can take calls during lunch and have Saturday hours.

Being a first time mom it was important for me to interview the Pediatrician ahead of time to make sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Weibel was more than willing to meet with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have found her to be very personable and likable. She is great with my daughter. There are a few other Pediatricians in this practice and was seen by Dr. Vilushis post delivery so they do rotate for the hospital call. I find their staff has been professional and I haven't had a long wait time when I arrive for my appointment.

Sick visits just depend on their schedules, but I've never had a bad sick visit provider. They have an entire lactation team there which has saved mine and baby's lives more than a few times. Stephanie and Sara are so comprehensive (and didn't judge me for crying!) and spend a lot of time evaluating the baby's latch, suck, and weight to ensure our breastfeeding success. I have only great things to say about the providers we see most often, Dr. Wolf, Dr. Hoelscher, and Stephanie PNP. Hours are great too. Open on weekends 8-5 and until 8pm on weeknights. A wonderful add-on for us working moms.

We have been with her since she started her practice, when I was pregnant with my baby in 2017. Whenever I have a worry or concern, they are always there and answer immediately to any concerns. Our other Doctors office was rude, and hurtful, especially to a new mom trying to navigate this new world in the middle of a pandemic. They were rude, pushy, and didn't really explain anything very well. When a friend suggested Purely Peds to me, we jumped on the chance to get out of that nightmare! But never in a million years did I think we would find a place so caring and compassionate. You can tell that these people went into business because they LOVE what they do- They recently switched to a bigger and beautiful building. The drive is pretty far but oh, so worth it! We never leave the office crying or feeling like we're bad parents- they explain everything very in-depth and detailed. They have the time and patience to listen and help with ANY concern you may have- and never make you feel like your dumb or a burden for asking! They have a very fair price to make this private office so affordable- haha babies are expensive. But I can't explain how grateful and happy I am, knowing that Naomi is in such great hands!
