Owner's brother, Dillon, is the only person that owner has sent that does a good, professional job. She has sent others of whom we have complained of poor quality cleaning. Good thing we are retired and home most of time. But today was the end of it: At almost 6:00 PM (I received message a couple of days ago that services would be provided 3:30 to 4:00 PM) She sent 2 ladies neither of whom spoke a word of English and did not understand ANY English. Owner had not provided any instructions (if she was able to communicate with them) to the ladies from past cleanings. We do not want our laminate floors mopped due to mold forming in past mopping. We provide Wet-Jet for floors & all dusting supplies but I could not explain same to them due to language impasse. I certainly would not recommend Sparkle Clean.
