He came to take a look at the space and provided his recommendation and promptly sent us the quote after. We had gotten quotes from multiple places and their pricing was fair. He was very responsive and answered all of the questions we had. For any questions he wasn't able to answer immediately he got back to us promptly with the answer. Seth and another guy was responsible for installing the unit on the day of. John came by to make sure the installation was going okay. The guys were quick and efficient with the installation. The job itself was very clean install of the unit and they covered the pipe going down the side of my house so it looks a lot better! They completed the installation all in one day, which was great! They took away the old unit and cleaned up afterwards. We also ended up upgrading our thermostat. John was accommodating and sent Seth back at a later time (after we received the new thermostat) to install the new thermostat. It took a bit to get the heat pump working but ultimately it was all done and John and Seth stayed to make sure both the AC and heat pump was working. So we were very happy with how the project was handled and completed.

I got some girls attention that wasn't really paying attention but she was so focused she was trying to ignore me. Anyway, I got her attention to call someone to where I was at. She radios someone & no one comes. We had to go looking for someone & that person was really nice & knowledgeable very helpful. We later found out he was the supervisor I believe his name was Julio (if it's not I'm sorry I'm bad with names). Anyway, while he was helping us he was also scanning the store & telling his employees to walk around to make sure everyone was cared for. I appreciated that because this was the second time in a month that I came here & the customer service was lacking. Anyway, he helped us out & we saw something else that caught our eyes. The Hisense rep was the only person out of all the employees that were congregated that asked us if we needed help. He helped us and he was also nice, he tried to sell us a Hisense however, we wanted a Samsung. He says let me get the Samsung rep & he'll be able to answer some more questions. He goes to the Samsung rep and apparent he couldn't care less. He goes to his phone shows the Hisense rep the picture of the item we were looking for and expected the Hisense rep to help. Samsung rep didn't even look our way didn't say hi didn't say anything. He expected the Hisense rep to sell the product he was there to sell cuz he was too worried about the conversation that he was having with the other employees that were doing nothing. This happened Saturday & I totally forgot the Hisense reps name but he was so nice. I said to him wow as a Hisense rep you helping me with a Samsung product he says that's fine I'm here to help in any way. For this reason I gave it a 3 those 2 people deserve 5 stars but the store not so much.

DECEPTION* I walked into Best Buy and noticed something different. A security guard grew me and asked how he might help me, I told him I was looking for a console game controller. He told me to go to the Television section. I'm thinking weird and odd. I specified again what I was looking for. He said I know, with full confidence and concluded with, they will coordinate with the gaming section and get you what you need. That quiet hesitation and umm told me he was blowing smoke. I can elaborate more on that but I'll curtail the details to advance to the next stage of this visit. TELEVISION SECTION* I am asking the same question about a controller. He says that's in gaming, I don't know why they would send you here. He pointed to the gaming section. I guess that coordination of the two sections is not going to happen. I told him that the security guard sent me here. The associate said, he's a new employee. I am tickled at this point. THE RIGHT SECTION* I am now looking at some controllers and headphones. Several employees walked by. No salutations or assistance offered. I was there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Something spectacular had just occured, a star employee came out of nowhere and ask if I needed assistance. It's amazing how other employees walked away from work, while at work, but Ms. Shannon stepped to the plate and strategicly converted this 1 star review into a 5 star review. Ms. SHANNON IS AMAZING. She help me pick out what I needed escorted me to the cash register, gave me her pitch on everything pertaining to warranties, membership, returns, credit cards, and more. Ms. SHANNON deserve recognition from the highest level. She did not avoid work, she faced the call of duty from beginning to the end of our interaction.
