With two young boys and a busy schedule, it's hard to find the time to give our home the attention it deserves. Bella Casa Cleaning Inc. came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting, Maria, the owner, was professional, kind, honest, and incredibly responsive. She provided our quote promptly and was able to fit us into the schedule quickly, which was especially helpful since we were preparing to host a party. The cleaning team worked incredibly hard and paid attention to every detail. They cleaned behind furniture, dusted thoroughly, washed the walls and blinds, and truly gave our home the deep clean it needed. They estimated the job would take about 2.5 hours and finished right on time without sacrificing quality. At the end, Maria walked us through everything that had been completed, and her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional cleaning company that delivers exceptional results, we highly recommend Bella Casa Cleaning Inc. We loved them so much we have them come again! I hired Spot on Maids to clean my 2/2 condo the beginning of November. The home was completely…read moreempty. I included "extras" including inside cabinets/fridge/stove. None of these things were done. The master bedroom/bathrooms lighting was not working so they informed me they couldn't properly clean them. Which was completely fine because it wasn't there fault. They still charged me full price for those rooms and nothing was cleaned, at all. Baseboards weren't wiped, the floor was not cleaned. I expressed this all to the company and they returned $100 of my $453 charge. I had to go in and reclean everything myself, pushing our move date back which made us have to sleep in a hotel for a night (extra money that was not needed) Beware of this company.

She scheduled the next available date and sent two of their cleaners instead of one. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They also threw in two bathroom cleanings at no extra costs as well as an extra 30 mins needed to complete the job. Sometimes things start off on a bad note but how it ends is most important. Thank you for your professionalism. Totally disappointed at the customer service. I was referred to this place by my daughter who was moving into a new house and read some of their positive reviews. I am selling my house and was looking for a deep cleaning of our kitchen cabinets inside and out before the open house. I booked a 3 hour cleaning for the the 8-10 a lot which i thought if they start at 10 they'd be done by 2pm and the house would be in good shape. At 5:47 pm the night before the scheduled cleaning, I received a text message from Jody indicating she was trying to reschedule the cleaning for 12pm which would mean she would be done by 3pm. Our open house was from 2-4pm. I explained my concern. She then called me and advised she would reach out to a couple that cleans for them to see if they were available. At 8:58pm she texted me back to say they were not available. I then offered for her to come and do 1 1/2 hours at half the price. Her response was minimum 3 hours which I understood but the problem was not my fault. So I cancelled. Had I cancelled at 5pm the night before the appointment, I would've been charged $50.00 cancellation fee yet they couldn't accommodate my request for 1 1/2 hours since I had no time to find another place before the open house. I'm hoping they do a darn good job for my daughters house as it was not cheap. Customers beware

The personal, family oriented service is second to none, and Keith and his crew are absolutely amazing. From helping me choose the perfect colors and patterns for each room to the professional installation, every step of the process has been outstanding. Keith and his helper took great care when moving my heavy furniture and treated my home and business with respect. My business has heavy foot traffic, and the carpets have held up incredibly well. Even after years of daily use, they still look as good as they did the day they were installed. If you're looking for a beautiful carpeting, expert installation, and honest, personalized service. I would only recommend Kermizian carpets. After more than two decades as a satisfied customer, I can confidently say they are the best.

A friend had recently researched many waterproofing companies and recommended Rika Construction based her own positive experience. When I called the owner, Ricardo Dias, he responded immediately despite the heavy demand post-Irene. He was incredibly sympathetic given my situation. He prepared a quote on the spot and quickly worked me into his schedule. He and his crew arrived as promised and preformed all services as specified to my utmost satisfaction (I wish I could say the same for all my contractor experiences). Ricardo and his crew were extremely respectful of my property, always taking off their shoes before entering the house, providing excellent protection during construction and clean-up at the end of each and every day (another thing I wish I could say for all my contractor experiences). Based on my own outstanding experience, I recommended Rika Construction to 3 other homeowners on my block and all 3 homeowners contracted with Rika for their waterproofing jobs. They too were extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Rika Construction for all your waterproofing and flood remediation needs. I've done extensive work on my home, have many contractor experiences to draw from first hand and no one compares to Rika Construction's professionalism and quality of work. You can count on Rika Construction to take care of your waterproofing needs when you need them most.
