Carver Bank on 125 street totally disrespected a customer today and I am so disappointed with them…read more The biggest disappointment is this building operates in Harlem 125th street primarily by people of color and I expect more professionalism from them than most places due to it being one of the few Black banks. The man disrespected is a well respected Black senior citizen within this community and the Tri-State area. Before arriving to the bank, he had just single handedly packed five barrels of supplies that he purchased with his own money to be sent to Jamaica (he has no friends or family in Jamaica) as well as donated $800 to be wired to help the people there because of the hurricane. That is just how sincere his character is. He was disrespected by a Black woman with a West Indian accent that may have even been Jamaican herself. She happened to see him standing at the teller's window and came over to assist him. She seemed disgruntled and he asked her why was she so unfriendly? She replied "I'm not a teller!" This woman then abruptly walked away from him. Then the assistant branch manager Ms. Helen walked in at approximately 9:15am and assisted him. I personally will be writing corporate on his behalf and let them know who this rude woman that walked away is. The building has cameras in it. People of this community deserve better. Also, in the past one of the male managers was very curt with this gentleman during closing time as well as being rude behind the teller's glass. Might I add that near closing they are quick to rush people out. These rude employees need to transferred or FIRED! To add insult to injury there were no tellers behind the glass when he arrived there at 9:05am today Saturday November 15, 2025. This never happens when this gentleman banks at the Chase Bank next door.

I hired Lillian for help with my taxes after hearing she was highly recommended. This was a…read moreterrible decision. I provided all my materials in a timely manner but she filed my taxes months late and only with my prodding. I was then penalized with late fees, which she did not cover. Instead she invoiced me for almost 4 times the original amount she quoted, which I had to push to get reduced. On top on that I just received a letter stating the filling was wrong and that I now owe additional money. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accountant. I can't speak for the other services she offers but taxes are not her forte.

When I asked him to repeat what he said, he confirmed it adding that "this is how the owner wants it." When I pointed out that it was a city-issued check, he dismissed it and claimed they've seen "piles of fake city checks." I was shocked. As a Black man and proud Harlem resident, I've never felt so judged for simply trying to handle my business. I refuse to support any establishment that makes New Yorkers feel like outsiders in our own city. We deserve respect and equal service, no matter where we live.

Intel Fox Recovery stands out as a ray of light for anyone looking to recover their stolen bitcoins because of their dedication to quality, security, and secrecy. Binary options, in my opinion, are more of a gamble than an investment especially if your broker chooses to make the investment on your behalf. It hurts to invest and lose, thanks to my broker, who invested on my behalf and lost $110,000 USD. I was able to lose all of my money because I trusted a broker I came in contact with online. If you have fallen into this situation, you need to know that time is critical when it comes to retrieving misplaced bitcoins. The likelihood of a successful retrieval might be considerably decreased by postponing recovery attempts and the consequences can be messy.
