I was set on a silver aluminum TUMI but I had such a bad experience at the TUMI Santana Row location that I decided not to buy a carry on with them and I'm glad it did! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in by Lindsey and the rest of the staff. The store and clean and all the associates are very knowledgeable about the products. I walked away with the bigger rose gold carry on and even got the tag stamped in rose gold with my initials! The AWAY warranty can't be beat either! I found some really nice fall and winter sweaters that are perfect for an evening out and for Christmas and New Year's Eve. My husband found three pairs of comfortable slippers. I was really surprised at the variety of items they had in each department we shopped. The prices were also decent. We decided to checkout on the second floor since the line was short. This all seemed well, as we were given instruction from Linda to walk across the street and enjoy our experience. When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance. Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.
