Our groomer in CO found them because they were certified and experienced. She talked to them about how to groom a Mi-Ki and they did it just as she requested. I particularly like that they only do one dog at a time and they aren't put in a cage. It takes about 1 1/2 hours and is pretty stress free for your dog.

Speaking from the perspective of a dog trainer they really make sure the dogs are not stressed and that there is no kennels, crazy barking or screaming happening.
