Cost me $400 in materials and my own labor to fix the damage. Called Stephanie at Kuzan's to have someone come out to repair the damage Dennis did to my lawn. She told me she would check with him and call back. 6 weeks later no response so contacted the Better Business Bureau. Kuzan's responded that he didn't know he damaged our flower bed even though I showed him it and have pictures of all the damage he did to our property. RUN!!!! RUN as fast as you can away from this sham company. They are ignorant too. Very arrogant when I ordered it and while I was in the middle of paying for the shed, which was over 2k, they took care of another customer who interrupted. I would build a shed with twigs before buying one from them. And the floor is already chipping and door doesn't close right.

Sometimes I'm just looking for a roll of tape or a nut and bolt and I really don't want to go on a hike to get it. 9 times out of 10 I will drive the extra few miles to come to this place. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by someone who actually knows where the part is that I'm looking for! They even call another associate to meet me in the aisle! Now, I realize this is the optimal situation and it doesn't always go down that way, especially on a busy spring weekend. But with a little patience, someone will eventually provide assistance. Usually I can drive over there, get what I want, and get back home in roughly the same amount of time it takes me at the big box store.

Apparently, they've become a 'thing' but not willing to spend hundreds of dollars as many are priced, I wasn't optimistic. T spotted one from Yeager Supply, still in business in Reading, PA. Paid to have a guitar repaired there. Was told it was fixed and the issue was not actually…read moreaddressed at all. The issue was that one of the pickups was quiet in the middle position. I was told when I went to pick it up that they couldn't find anything wrong other than a small piece of metal that they removed must have been cutting the sound out (did not test the guitar in the store just took their word). Come to find out, when I got it home, that the issue is the switch and that both pickups don't come on until the switch is midway between the middle and bridge position...you would think that when paying for a repair this is something they would figure out easily. Complete waste of money. I also asked them to take a look at a fret-buzz and they fully forgot so that was also somewhat annoying (I paid for a setup and repair). Guitar was exactly the same when I got it back down to the same exact fret-buzz. I was so dissatisfied that I refused to even drive back there to get a refund. Ultimately, untrustworthy. I believe whoever did the "repair" was deceitful to me. Now in all fairness, this was a few years back and the same people may not be working there anymore...I just thought of it again when I had to repair the exact same issues myself.
