Great experience at the store - both furniture and bedding. For the bedding side, Oliver was friendly, helpful, and patient. Choosing a mattress really sort of sucks, so it takes time and you really need time on each of the styles you're considering. He helps by asking you a few questions and then guiding you to things that seem to fit your needs. I laid on 4 beds, my husband 2. Oliver walked with us and listened and answered questions, but also gave us our space to just lie there and process what we liked. We didn't ask for prices of everything in the store, but felt good about what we purchased. It also comes with a trial period, where you can return it if you decide it's not the right one for you (there are certain restrictions, of course). We had purchased a mattress from a Denver Mattress Company 13 years ago that we loved and had served us well for 9 years. However, when we upgraded from a Queen to a King, we purchased from a different company and that bed only lasted 3 years and resulted in severe back pain. So, we returned to our first love, Denver Mattress Company, for our most recent bed purchase. Marcus Fuentes welcomed us to the store by asking about our needs to narrow down our search and then he performed a few simple tests to determine which bed would be right for both mine and my husband's needs. In all honesty, as I was lying on my back with my hand up in the air, while Marcus performed tests in which he had me push against his arm or resist the push of his arm, I was rolling my eyes with skepticism. However, once we got to the correct bed, all the tests made sense and I could see why he was doing them. Because of the time Marcus dedicated to ensuring that our needs would be met through our mattress purchase, we even upgraded our purchase from not just a mattress, but also an adjustable ergomotion frame (which is awesome by the way...and definitely worth the money). Prior to our recent purchase, I had so much back pain after a night's sleep that it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning. After only one night on the new mattress, I felt tremendous improvement in back pain. And, as each night goes on, it gets better. These employees are amazing. We have had nothing but good luck with their customer service. We bought a bed 10 years ago, and it was a very comfortable and expensive bed. 5 years later, the bed had formed lumps and had become defective. They asked me for pictures to show the lumps. I sent them, they called and said "We will send someone out to get the mattress and replace it!" No hassle at all!!!! Today, I called because the bed they replaced it with does not have the same comfort as the original bed. I let Marcus know, and without issue he said "It was replaced product for product, but if you are not comfortable, then we will take care of you." He told us he'd give us credit for the same amount we purchased our bed for originally, and we could come in and pick out a mattress...TEN YEARS LATER!! (the mattress had a 20 year warranty) so we still have 10 years left. They are incredible. They are not just about money, but TRULY about customer service. Marcus was fantastic to work with. We are on our way there now, so I can find a mattress that hopefully will give me a good night sleep! :) read more
