Choosing a mattress really sort of sucks, so it takes time and you really need time on each of the styles you're considering. He helps by asking you a few questions and then guiding you to things that seem to fit your needs. I laid on 4 beds, my husband 2. Oliver walked with us and listened and answered questions, but also gave us our space to just lie there and process what we liked. We didn't ask for prices of everything in the store, but felt good about what we purchased. It also comes with a trial period, where you can return it if you decide it's not the right one for you (there are certain restrictions, of course). Order has been placed and I look forward to getting our mattresses and new adjustable frame!
