They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. I can't say anything negative other than I would hope they would have more shoe sizes for sizes 5-6/30. It's a smaller section but I also know they are more of a common size. I would be going back soon.

This location is pretty well organized even on the busiest of weekends! They have air conditioners scattered around the store to help keep the clients cool during these hot summer days. The lines do get ridiculously long. On the day I went shopping, the line extended passed the womens dress clearance rack. However, the employees were working quickly & efficiently to get the line moving. It took a while but that's just how it is with these great value stores! I did not mind the wait & although the line was long it did move rather quickly! Thank you Yuma Ross staff for keeping the store clean & providing excellent service everytime we have stopped to shopped there

Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

The store closes at 9 PM and they refused to let us in at 8:20pm because they said they had a long line and didn't want to work longer than they'd have to. They just lost a customer. I regularly shop at Hobby Lobby in my hometown and love everything about that particular store…read more Today, we stopped in at Hobby Lobby in Yuma to get a print framed for my daughter. We spent over $300 on this project, so we weren't just there to waste time. My two grandsons were a bit rambunctious after being cooped up in the house the last two days. They were running in the aisles but steering clear of the merchandise. A sour looking employee happened to be doing some menial work near where the boys were running around and at one point yelled at my daughter to control her kids and make them stop running around the merchandise. I was personally keeping an eye on the boys and making sure they stayed in the middle of the aisle and were nowhere near anything they could disturb. We didn't appreciate her rude attitude, nor her unsolicited "parenting" towards my daughter and grandkids. Her income is based on customers purchasing products. If her lousy attitude chases people away, Hobby Lobby loses business. I asked the cashier for the name of that unprofessional, unfriendly witch, since she happened to be standing behind her. She told me her name is Annie. So, I advise whoever is in charge of this Annie, to train her how to properly deal with customers who are spending large amounts in the store. She is a huge turnoff!!

When we brought it up, the sales manager gave us nothing but excuses and a total runaround to avoid honoring the warranty. After hunting him down at Huston's, he pawned us off on someone else. That guy scheduled an inspection, so we figured progress was finally happening. Instead, on the day he was supposed to come out, he called with his shaky little voice and said his "rep" claimed the damage was from a cigarette burn. We don't smoke anything. The accusation was insulting, and he's lucky he wasn't standing in front of me when he said it. Go somewhere else.

For this one it was a larger store. So I was able to find a few nice beads. The only thing is they didn't have needle point cloth with patters so I had to order them from Amazon. Unfortunately Amazon has everything but going to the stores is a lot better because you can touch and see what you are buying, they are a bit more on the pricier side. I will still go back.

Not only is the location more favorable (in the mall area) but I think it's also a new(er) store.
