Especially during the holiday season I understand but still. Whoever trained this worker did a great job. She's the best and I'll be going back for more and telling everyone I know. Burlington...you guys came through!…read more For a minute I thought they were pulling a "fast one" aka closing the store down for a few months to save money for the company or something. But in truth it seems like they closed the store about 6 months back to redo the inside to make it more modern, etc. Then they had a legit water leak and had to deal with that. The recently reopened store, I must say, is in better shape and has a better look. It now looks like a 'typical' BCF store, replete with more cashier stations and a more streamlined motif. I like it! The lines are still long but seem to move at a more comfortable clip, and staff and customer alike look to be more at ease, so I'm down with that. It's definitely worth a another look. Highly consider it!

They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. My mother was clearly standing at the service desk and they wouldn't even let me and my daughter in to stand with her!!! Instead they made us stand in the heat and my daughter was very upset. I will be canceling my membership with them and never shopping here again because of the lack of care for customers (especially purchasing customers).
