My son was recently the best man in my brother's wedding and could not make it to Yuma until the wedding day. My wife and I picked up his tuxedo to speed up the process. We notice that Al's closed at 12pm and were concerned the tux may not fit right, as my son is an irregular size. The owner said, "no problem, here is my cell phone and I will come back if you need". My son tried on the tux, and the fit wasn't right. She had received incomplete measurements on the order, through no fault of her own. She was absolutely fantastic. We called her and she came right in and was pleasant about it, too. She tried multiple jackets and pants on my son until we found two that fit perfectly. She was a pleasure to work with and went so far above her duty. We live in CA and won't likely be needing a tuxedo soon, but I want to express to those that will. This lady was exceptional and she will do everything she can to make things right. What more can you ask for?

My husband and I stopped in to see if they carried the New Balance tennis shoes he likes, and although they didn't have the specific one he was looking for they did still have quite a few! Plenty of other brands too. I noticed a lot of flip flops and sandals, so if you're in the market for a nice pair of those, check this store out. My husband and I both felt that the shoes we looked at were a bit on the pricey side, but we also would rather support a small local business than drive into town and search through a busy department store with questionable customer service if this local place already has what we want. We didn't spend a lot of time here (we have a toddler that tries to run all over the place) but we had two different employees check on us while we were shopping around and they were very attentive. I plan on going back when the weather is warmer for a new pair of leather sandals! I'm glad this place is so conveniently located. I also have to add that I reached out to the store's manager (or employee that monitors their social media at least) via their Facebook page once to ask if they carried a certain shoe and got a response almost immediately.
