Sadly, this place is in a downward spiral. They create a certain kind of buying experience that…read moremost people aren't willing to put up with unless they are desperate to sell their clothes. Then you just get cheap brands in poor condition in the store. Which in turn affects the people who are willing to shop and sell their clothes here. And so downwards spiral continues. And at the same time, while their clothes are getting worse, their prices are getting higher. It's sad to see because this used to be such a great place to find certain items, like holiday dresses. Not anymore . To fix this downward spiral, they need to start with getting good sellers back in. When you have to bring in one bin at a time and every bin requires two visits to the store, it's such a pain. If I have five bins of high-quality children's clothing, it would take 10 visits to the store to sell them!!!! I recommend making it possible to sell by appointment, or some sort of "save my place in line" kind of thing, so somebody with multiple bins can get it all done at once. Also, don't require them to come back. Just donate the stuff they don't want. Fix those two things and you'll have much better inventory than a hurry.

We agreed on a price for the 8 sets and I brought them in and exchanged them for $$. I will be doing this again. It was a great transaction, and the staff is very friendly and professional. Great Job!

Seems like the business model is centered around reselling scrap/junk parts. They had all the parts…read moreneeded for me to purchase a fully intact minifigure in good condition, but refused to sell to me (even though I offered to pay the difference) because it was more profitable to split the damaged pieces between two minifigures. The only way they would sell me the pieces I wanted was if I bought both incomplete figures. Bad business, especially when everything is already significantly marked up. Edit: Nina, your analogy is absurd and I am not going to even dignify it with a response. Despite your wall of text, you failed to recognize that the underlying problem is that you are pairing good parts with garbage parts as a means of forcing people to buy the trash if they want the good pieces. I actually did *not* want your junk - which is why I did not make a purchase and offered to pay MORE for the complete figure. You earned your 1 star review and I hope it was worth the $5 in prospective profit you made by refusing to sell the minifigure intact. Sorry that I was polite in my initial email (before you explained the intentional predatory practice of pairing damaged pieces with good ones). Final Edit: Nina, your excuse that you could not sell me the figure in "good conscious" because you didnt want to "rip me off" is laughable. selling things at a markup is your business model. there is nothing wrong with that. everything in your store can be found cheaper on Bricklink, but you guys are brick and mortar and need to make money. I get it. What does NOT make sense is that I could have bought both incomplete figures for $55, but you claim you would have had to charge me $60 for one complete figure without the damaged torso and hair pieces? the math does not add up and makes the predatory strategy pretty clear.

I had been in previously and exchanged a size on a shirt, before ultimately deciding to return it. The salesperson that had helped me that day did not do the exchange through the system so it wasn't shown on my receipt apparently. The lady refused to return it for a refund because of this even though it was not my fault that the previous cashier had done it wrong. She was extremely rude the entire time like it was my fault her employee did this. Love the store, hate the customer service at this location!

They need to step up the game hugely because these experiences are ruining an otherwise great brand. I will never place an order online with them again. When you place an online order, they process your order and charge you for your order, it's still not guaranteed that you will receive this item. I have been burned twice - once for a birthday gift I shipped to my nephew and once for this NYE tee. I paid and order was confirmed but never shipped. I only found out about my nephew's birthday gift after I saw the credit on my bank account two weeks after his birthday and realized that only 1/3 of my order shipped to him! I ordered this New Year's Eve Tee on 12/19 and turns out they never even had it. I would have had time to order it through Nordstrom at that time but I was led to believe that they were processing and would ship it to me in time. When I reached out to the customer service team, they told me that they had this item ready to ship to me and would overnight to make things right. They said they were within the time frame to ship for Saturday morning delivery but warned me that "FedEx may not hold up their end of the deal". I called on Monday morning and turns out they never even shipped... Completely misleading and dishonest! If I see something I like enough to even think about giving them my money, I will only shop for Peek clothing through Nordstrom or any other third party sellers.
