My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. The huge put off was a $300 slap for art work, when it was to be the same card. This could have been a case of not hearing the customer clearly on a cell phone, or possibly over eager to sell or any other common issue when speaking for the first time on a cell at the car wash. I did a little sanding to remove the shine and some rough spots, but that's it. Maybe 30 seconds of sanding. Amazing experience on a recent purchase of a large sectional…read more Our initial visit went very well with knowledgeable and friendly sales associates. We spent about an hour at the store and once ready to purchase we were quickly on our way and excited for delivery. Delivery day came and the sectional didn't fit into the house in spite of our measurements. We panicked. Luckily the sales team calmed our concerns and brought us back in with some great options and offered a refund if we didn't find anything. Luckily we did and unfortunately that didn't fit either but the team worked magic with a furniture expert who was able to disassemble and then reassemble in our basement! We were told the Sofa would take 14 weeks. quickly we ran into delays and it pushed the sofa back closer to 22 weeks, which was inconvenient but understandable. The Sofa arrived today and I am relatively happy with the product, however one of the legs is missing hardware and the bottom fabric is torn. This could not be mentioned to the delivery drivers because they just left it at the door and it was up to us to get in the house. customer service while in store was alright, however as soon as we paid for the product our experience changed. We have a need for other furniture now that the sofa has arrived and I don't think we will be using furniture row for that experience.

CJ Kard in Colorado Springs is a retailer of L.O. products, and we were fortunate to have recently ordered some Save The Date cards through them. We were brain-fried after going through page after page of designs by some large corporate stationers/printers. After some discussion, CJ Kard realized we might be interested in an in-state printer who dabbled in being "green" - and L.O. was introduced. We were super excited to discover that L.O. offers a variety of paper stock with at least 30% PCW up to 100%, and their website details other Earth-good practices. We loved how all the stationery was customizable, but the cheapest way to go is to stick with existing designs and layouts. The first proof is free. Within three days after putting in our order and including the photo we wanted them to use, L.O. sent an electronic proof. We made a minor adjustment, and 7 days later, our cards arrived! They turned out better than I expected - they even look better than the proof! The colors are wonderful, the designs are crisp, and I love the feel of the paper. L.O. included envelopes for the number of cards we ordered and threw in a couple extra cards as keepsakes. After all was said and done with CJ Kard taking their share of the profits and Uncle Sam taking his, our SaveTheDates ended up being $1.48/card. We're so pleased that we're going to try to do our invitations with L.O., too.
