If and when I was seen over the course of this past year, visits were cut short/dismissed, there was a costly misdiagnosis, and a cleaning that left me with a gum issue I had to schedule a follow up on. Bottom line. 1 year, over 6 hours waited, worst possible cleaning experience, and $350 of scans I never needed if they knew how to read their own x-rays.

However, today I received another phone call saying I owe an additional $69. When I asked for an explanation, they were unable to clearly explain why this new balance suddenly appeared. In addition to the billing issues, I also felt that during discussions about my treatment plan, my preferences and concerns were not really taken into consideration. It felt more like decisions were being made without fully including me in the process. Because of the repeated billing surprises and lack of clear communication, my experience with this office has been very disappointing.

Once the x-rays were done they showed I did not have any cavities but Dr. Schimper insisted to file the tooth down. I explained I did not want any procedures done to my teeth but, that I clench my teeth when I sleep & suggest a night guard. During my cleaning while I'm laying back in the chair talking to the dental assistant who was behind me to clean my teeth, I hear a drill. Dr. Schrimper sneaks behind me to file my tooth down anyway. My teeth now hits very heavy on my front teeth. I have acid erosion caused by teeth hitting. I have jaw pain. My bite is completely off. He has created more trouble than pressure on one tooth.
