I called their office inquiring to see if they accepted my insurance even though they were not listed on my insurance's "preferred" list. After a quick fact check and a guarantee they had me scheduled for my first appointment and a cleaning within the week. Everyone was very helpful and friendly while I filled out my paperwork. They welcomed me with a gift bag of dental care accessories and a box of candy from Cranberry Sweets which I thought was right on the nose lol! I had my teeth cleaned over two appointments and began a treatment plan for the next year after my baby is born. I wrote a not so nice review of him due to the fact that another tooth , not the front ones , broke after eating something what I think may have been a bone or some type of hard object . I got quite upset and wrote a rude review, which I now regret . So with that I feel the need to apologize to Dr Houston and his team that I have known for many years of great service to me as well as my family . They also do not seem to understand how not to leave an overhang and how to finish a margin. The office looks nice, but the skill level of the dentistry is poor to middling, depending on who you get. They cycle baby docs through there, who get their experience there,and then move on. My guess is that they don't vett anyone. I find the forced friendly thing to be over the top and tiresome.
