I was very impressed, excellent customer service. I assumed that the optician sharing the office was affiliated. (never assume) I returned a few weeks after my exam to order my glasses....$1304 dollars for 2 pairs of glasses! (half of my SS check!) The frames are plastic, the least expensive ones in the shop.One was $195 and the second was $229.00....which means that the lenses were $880.40!!! I asked if they offered a senior discount, they don't. I am aware of the mark up on glasses....BUT this is ridiculous! I should have done a better job on my homework....I can assure you that it won't happen again.

Not a good place to go! Almost a month ago left glasses for replacement lenses. Now 9 days later I call again and am told they have to call the lab and will call me back, no call back. I've already paid $200+ and have no glasses and no idea when I will have them. Ok so I want to help people out here this number is wrong incorrect it goes to a timber outfit…read morenamed Ranier. Every way I looked up Coos Bay vision center it pulls up with 541-267-4224 and this is incorrect. If you look up Patricia gates same thing. They really need to get this number thing fixed. It's wrong on google, Yelp ever way I have looked. Thanks. (Update) so after some research here I guess when you google Coos Bay Vision Center and you find the number on Yelp, Facebook and on google when you click on the number for automatic dial it some how is linked to calling the timber outfit. If you manually enter this number it works. So I guess it is correct number just something wrong with the link and auto dial. Hopefully this helps.
