The hearing test was a joke. A week later I got 100x better testing and service at Costco, where I was told unequivocally that my hearing is not that bad and I wouldn't really benefit from hearing aids at this time. [*for context, both my husband & I were clients of the former owner, Leanne McEachern - an outstanding hearing professional who listened & cared]. This is NOT that place anymore. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

In December I received a call from Keith who was technician there that I needed to bring my hearing aids in to be serviced as their warranty would expire by the end of the year. Keith said he was going to be out of the office for two weeks. After hearing nothing, I went by the office and was told that the hearing aids were lost. Three days later I went to pick them up. I was told that they were in a basket pushed back in a shelf. When they were brought to me, there was a large mold for the ears instead of the smaller ones. Also, I could barely hear. The receptionist checked the charger and said they were charging. I still couldn't hear. I went back again and was told to come back for a hearing test and to have them checked (on two different days! It was the first time in 50 years that I did not see the results or the comparison of earlier tests. I was told to come back and have the aids adjusted if they didn't work. I made an appointment to do just that. I was there for 40 minutes. No adjuster. I was told to come back in three weeks and loaned a portable hearing advice. I suspect !. That my hearing aids went to someone else, 2. My hearing aids were unadjusted in the final service so I would purchase new ones, 3. No one knows what they are doing in the new practice (This could be true as I never seem to get what I am supposed to have done). With such competitions with hearing aid selections, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
