Discussed my CAT scan and where I was pain wise. She was very knowledgeable, an absolutely wonderful person. She was a physicians assistant and gave me tips on how to get back to normal holistically. I'll never forget her. Left my sunglasses, Damn. On the 9th I received an email of a summary of that visit, but I have no access to it. There's a enter your surname and password. Not hard, I know my last name. Apparently I DON'T. They sent me the email, so they have it, so to recover my "sign-in" surname, please enter your email address, which is my first 2 initials and my last name, a four letter word. "We don't recognize the entry" WTAF.....How easy could this be....apparently not easy enough

I have to say for a small town, the doc's here AND the staff are just great, knowledgeable and take…read moretime to listen. My husband had an emergency that was very dangerous and the doctor and nurses were great, explained the situation fully to us and best of all, acted like they cared. A nurse even showed me to the cafeteria, and talked to me, helping me to relax. I'm very pleased with the care here in Florence. The clean offices, the beautiful surroundings for walking make it a pleasure to visit.

Although I called the doctor's office and wrote a note I was never contacted regarding my husband's care. Due to my disability I could not go to my husband's follow up appointments. I needed information as to his medications, how to adjust his brace and overall information regarding his care. Extremely uncaring and unprofessional.

You finally gain a repour and trust, and then they leave, on to bigger and better?? The last doc didn't even tell me until my last appointment! Medical docs, I finally got a good one, (Sarah Flores) she is caring and actually follows up!
