He took the time to walk me through a wide range of color options and finishes, which really helped me dial in the exact shade I was looking for. In short; they cut a corner and only polished a portion of my part and in the event you were to "cut a corner or skip a step" in the chroming process to save time, apparently it is the clients responsibility to indicate what should be brought to a high gloss... My mistake for assuming you would give high detail to all of your chroming... Luckily I can pay again was a solution they posed me. 400$x2... No thanks. Dear Jason, I'm sorry your disappointed, but your are speaking of and interior area that no decorative plating company would assume to polish because it is an interior area. We were not instructed to polish the interior nor told it showed. We cannot assume what shows but for the obvious which was polished before plating. This part was originally received with a painted finish and the inside stamped for identification. If polished you would lose the identification. This part was never previously polished in its interior area. The only way to rectify it would be to start from scratch, (stripping, polishing and re-plating) and you would incur the additional cost. Trish has gone above and beyond helping us. Our ridiculous warranty demanded that the car be transferred to a dealer in Rhode Island, though we bought the car in NY Trish handled the entire thing for us with no problem. Answered all my questions and printed up everything that was emailed to her from the service places in NY. She did that so I could bring it with me to the next shop. She didn't have to do that. If you're in a jam and in Providence or you're in need of a great, reliable place to bring your car, this is the place.

To those of you who think this place is your friend or goto repair shop, time to take off your blindfold. Chances are you've been getting ripped off. Brought my car in for state inspection and they wanted to charge $612.00 in repairs first. My car is a 2012 Nissan Altima with 39k original miles....not a junk car, and still in like new condition. I still had to pay $279.00 to get my car out of that trap. All it needed was a vent valve solenoid for the EVAP canister. They told me the "aftermarket" part was over $200 alone. I ordered a factory OEM part from Nissanparts USA. It literally twists off, and twist locks back onto the evap canister...less than a minute to install. Did it myself, and got my inspection sticker elsewhere. I asked them if they would refund my $270.00 but they refused. They also got in my car with dirty boots and got grease on both driver's side and passenger side. They didn't care and put a paper mat down only AFTER they saw the marks they left. I feel obligated to write this review to warn others. Stay clear of this place.

The technician on duty took me in right away and immediately stopped what he was doing to attend to me. He fixed all four of my valve stem covers quickly friendly and professionally. He did not charge me for the service. I gave him all the cash I had in my wallet ($11) and told him to buy himself a cold drink or some lunch. I had to have my truck Towed from Cumberland to Framingham because AAA refused for a number…read morereasons and excuses.. over a 24 hour period AAA i initiated 4 tows with a pre authorized unattended tow meaning i didn't have to be there, all 4 of the drivers came by and drove off each with their own excuse not to pick it up and not communicating with me only to have to call the main number to find out the tow was cancelled, after the 4 th attempt in 24 hours i called Shea's trucking and spoke to Stephane who was an angel to me . I gave her my info and within 30 minutes the truck was on its way to Framingham. James the driver was awesome, Professional and personable.
