Progressive listed this shop as one of the faster repair options, which has not been my experience. This will likely need to be disputed. After my car was towed on 12/16, I received no updates. On January 5th, I had to call for a status update. After several unanswered calls, I was routed to a voicemail for someone named Karla, which did not sound professional. During that call, the representative mentioned the shop was only closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, and that repairs were otherwise in progress on all remaining business days. Based on that information, I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a couple more days," with an estimated completion date of January 9th. Today, I received another call informing me that the wrong-sized parts were ordered, which has now extended the timeline again--pushing completion to Monday, assuming the installation goes smoothly. The lack of communication and repeated delays have been very disappointing. I will update this review depending on how much longer the repairs take and may need to contact my insurance to request the vehicle be moved to another shop due to ongoing delays and poor communication. Let mention, the chuckle from the rep at the end of the call did not sit well with me.

The vehicle had to be taken back in to address items that should have been completed the first time. For a repair process that took this long since February and it is now May, a much higher level of communication, attention to detail, and overall professionalism should be expected. I called to schedule an estimate and was greeted warmly by the receptionist upon arrival. My appraiser, Erika, met me right away. I pointed out the damaged areas, and she quickly inspected the truck, taking notes for a few minutes before stepping back inside. About five minutes later, she returned with a clear, detailed estimate. Since I was paying out of pocket (self-pay), I needed to cover a deposit--essentially the cost of the parts--before they could order them. Erika explained that once the parts arrived, I could drop the truck off, and the repair would take about four days. A few days later, I called to make the deposit over the phone using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. The next day, Erika followed up to confirm the parts were ordered and expected to arrive by Friday or, at the latest, the following Monday. We scheduled the drop-off for that Monday, and true to their word, I had the truck back by Friday--fully repaired and looking great.
