As discussed, he called prior to heading over and guess what, he was going to arrive a little earlier than promised - amazing! When any mobile vendor arrives, my first impression is always provided by the vehicle they arrive in. Is their vehicle clean, free of crash damage, etc.? After all, this is their mobile office, their place of business, their mobile billboard. The vehicle he arrived in was older, but showroom quality. You could tell he took pride in his ride...which tells me he likely takes pride in his work. The work itself was amazing. You cannot tell where the door ding was. Showed up a little late because of a minor scheduling snafu but wasn't a big deal as I was at work and the car was in the parking lot. There was a lot involved for this repair - it required the tire removal and also the fender well removal to get to the dent and still he charged only the low end of the quoted range ($169-$219). When he was done, I walked out to check it out and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. After removing the dent, he polished out a few small scratches made when the dent was caused and made it all white again. The rocker was smooth and nice. Also, high marks for honesty. I didn't see it, and wouldn't have unless he hadn't pointed it out, but one of his tools made a small ding in a lug nut. He apologized and then told me he would go buy a new one and come back the next day and replace it - which he did, promptly the following morning. Amazing service, great pricing and above all else - awesome integrity. He'll see repeat business from me should I need it in the future.
