That's when I started looking around for repair shops and how much it would cost. Had no clue that mobile dent and scratch repair was a thing! What a life saver because I definitely didn't want to leave my car at a shop for days and worry about whether it would be secure or not. After submitting pictures of the damage and filling out the form online, they sent back an estimate fairly quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks when I called to make an appointment. Also, they do have an actual auto body shop in Henderson but I decided to stick with their convenient mobile service. Israel and his wife showed up on time and finished everything within 3 hours right in our driveway. They did a excellent job and my car pretty much looked brand new! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that there was a small part of my bumper that wasn't worked on, but they did do their best to do a "touch up." I guess this area was not included in the estimate. Just to be clear, I'm not blaming anyone. I think one problem that arises from providing pictures vs having someone inspect the damage in person for quotes can lead to some minor miscommunication. However, the major scratches that were very obvious were taken care of, so I'm happy. Overall they did a good job and were very responsive so I definitely recommend Bumper Buddies!

Showed up a little late because of a minor scheduling snafu but wasn't a big deal as I was at work and the car was in the parking lot. There was a lot involved for this repair - it required the tire removal and also the fender well removal to get to the dent and still he charged only the low end of the quoted range ($169-$219). When he was done, I walked out to check it out and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. After removing the dent, he polished out a few small scratches made when the dent was caused and made it all white again. The rocker was smooth and nice. Also, high marks for honesty. I didn't see it, and wouldn't have unless he hadn't pointed it out, but one of his tools made a small ding in a lug nut. He apologized and then told me he would go buy a new one and come back the next day and replace it - which he did, promptly the following morning. Amazing service, great pricing and above all else - awesome integrity. He'll see repeat business from me should I need it in the future.
