He contacted Dentpro and after several conversations with Thad and then TJ an arrangement was made to have the dent "undented" at my residence. I was skeptical of the toilet plunger dent pulling trick but, hell, I was not paying for it. TJ assured me that he would make the dent disappear and did. Side of the Miata hit by a door, left a scratch, white paint mark and a dent. The white paint mark rubbed out, Thad with Dent Pro came over to our home and removed the dent completely in about 30 minutes. Then he polished it out and the scratches were gone as well. Looks good as new, all for $99 What makes this really impressive is that I already had 4 bids from other well recommended body shops to fix it: remove the door, get the dent out, sand and paint and feather it in... the bids ranged from $700 to $900. Set appt. They never showed so I called again. Thad finally showed up and quoted 200 DOLLARS for a small ding on the drivers side door and at that price couldn't guarantee his work. This caught me off guard because I have had friends in the past get all the dings taken out for 80dollars total. The actual work takes minutes. I declined the work immediately and called a professional body shop to get their opinion. They came by right away and quoted me less money for more work. For 140 I got a perfect job on the ding and blended the paint on the entire door. Even though I wasn't planning on doing the paint because it was so minimal. I do not recommend using dent pro of redding. Why would you? When you could go to an auto body shop for better service, less money, and perfect work. read more

I bought a 2005 Mustang GT last week and love the car, except while washing it I noticed 2 door dings and 3 dents on the roof which really bummed me out! I researched PDR on the web and was impressed with some of the results so I called Mark at DentPro after seeing the reviews on yelp. He came to my house and gave me a very fair estimate for the work. While doing the work he actually found 2 more door dings that I hadn't noticed and he fixed them also. Excellent results, better than I could have hoped for, and it was done in less than an hour! While he was here I had him fix one on my SUV and again he found another one and fixed that too. It looks like new.
