On September 23, 2026, I brought my vehicle to Hild for repairs. The shop kept my vehicle for a…read moremonth, but performed absolutely no work on it. Instead of completing the requested services, the shop claimed there was prior damage to the left quarter panel that prevented them from moving forward. I am completely unaware of any such prior damage. I repeatedly requested a written estimate detailing what I would pay out-of-pocket for the quarter panel repair. However, Hild repeatedly refused to provide a written estimate. Instead, Hild pressured me to authorize the quarter panel repairs blindly without any estimate of the final cost. Hild admitted there were other authorized repairs they could have completed during that month, but they chose to leave my car sitting untouched. Therefore, I do not recommend Hild Collision Center based on this terrible experience, and due to this egregious breach of trust.
