Dr. Faheem is absolutely amazing, I've been seeing her for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. I actually drive about 45 minutes to come here despite having many Psychiatrist's in my area that are much closer. I actually tried to switch to one in my area to avoid the inconvenient drive, but I quickly switched back after realizing how top notch the experience at Crescent is. Dr. Faheem is very sweet, kind, and empathetic and makes sure you receive the best possible treatment every single time. The office staff are also amazing and go above and beyond every single time! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Also, I didn't have insurance up until last month, and the pricing here is affordable even if you are uninsured. I have left here very satisfied with my experience every visit, highly recommend.

Some teachers are still not great people, they still lie, they're still human. Refusal to own your mistakes is the issue here. Penny and Dixie never resolved this issue for me. I wasted many hours of my working time chasing this issue down and I ended up with maybe half of what I was owed. I filed 26 claims and had further issues with my insurance who continued to not understand why the claims were not filed by the provider. Every other provider I've ever had figures out insurance. Penny's practice is not unique in these circumstances whatsoever. I've had all sorts of providers and insurances for over 20 years and never once had such a miserable experience. I hope next time you edit your response, you consider an apology.

The groups are wonderful, and you will learn so much that helps you in the outside world and in everyday life. If there is one thing I want people to know, it's that the staff, program aides, and case managers truly care. They make you feel safe and are very easy to talk to. One of the aides, Lasey, goes above and beyond. She doesn't leave until she knows you're okay and consistently checks on you. She has a calming presence and helps clients who are really struggling find peace and comfort. Can't say enough about Ms. Kara is the person who runs the show. She may sit at the front desk, but she will also become one of your biggest advocates. When she tells you she cares about you or says, "I got you," she truly means it. She wants you to succeed and move forward into a better life. I remember showing up one day, and she told me how pretty I looked and that she was proud of me. She was proud of me and then wrapped me in one of her giant Kara hugs. Even though I mentioned two people specifically, all of the staff are caring and supportive. They won't let you feel sorry for yourself, but they will help you recognize the direction you need to go and encourage you every step of the way. This place and its staff truly helped save me from my depression. Ms. Kara says this isn't your first home, but your second home, and that really reflects how they make you feel. They also offer TMS, and for me it has been a complete game changer. If you are considering getting help for yourself or a loved one, make the call and take that step. I reached out to this office on June 14th, explaining the urgency of my situation and asking to be scheduled as a new patient. The front desk told me the next available appointment was over a month away (August 19). I said I'd take it -- even though it was far out -- because I needed help. I also made it clear I'd be calling around elsewhere in case someone could see me sooner. They said they'd schedule me. They didn't. A week later, I followed up because I never got a confirmation. That's when I found out I was never put on the schedule, and the original appointment time was now taken. They pushed me back to August 20th at 8am. I agreed, took time off work, and arranged everything I needed to make it happen. Fast forward to 6 days before my appointment: I get a text saying I must confirm and submit paperwork 48 hours in advance or they'll cancel. Aggressive, but okay. I confirm immediately. Then, not even an hour later, I get a voicemail saying my appointment has been canceled because "we can't see you due to your medical history." What medical history? They never collected anything from me except that I'm bipolar -- which, by the way, is listed as a condition they treat on their website. I called to ask what happened, and the front desk gave me vague, dismissive answers. When I asked to speak to the office manager, I was laughed at and told she might call me back. When I professionally but directly expressed my frustration, I was told they "didn't like my tone." I never once yelled or cursed. This place is a perfect example of why people suffer in silence. I reached out for help during one of the most vulnerable times in my life, and I was met with incompetence, rudeness, and zero compassion. Pregnant women deserve better. People with mental health needs deserve better. Do better.

I came to Tracy after reading a ton of reviews like this one. I am really picky and if it is not the right counselor for me I will not stick around. I had been having a hard time finding someone really good for at least 10 years. It was a relief finding her. She is very easy to talk to,has great insight and wonderful personality. She really has changed my life for the better and I can't thank her enough. She's one of a kind. And very kind as well. She is in a very nice office building with a comfortable office.
