I wouldn't have known if we hadn't randomly driven by. Our curiosity made us stop to check it out. FYI, don't be deterred by the construction out front. The parking lot is in the back, as is the entrance. We walked past a sign about shopping local and then we were immediately smacked in the face by all sorts of eye candy!! This is essentially a store built of local vendor booths, so there is a ton of variety when it comes to the different products and price ranges. I was really impressed by how reasonable most of the prices were and how different so many of the products were. Also, this place is like a Mary Poppins bag, everywhere I looked there was another new room. I never realized this building had this type of square footage from the outside. In one room I discovered a section of Small Fry items, that was so nice! I'm including pictures because I couldn't possibly tell you how extensive the selection is for children's clothing, toys, adult clothing, purses and totes, home décor, jewelry, skin care and even furniture. I saw multiple vintage tea sets, an old coffee pot and some really cool luggage. I really wish I had discovered this place before the holidays, I found so many perfect and unique items for all the different people in my life. The staff is lovely and there was some delicious hot chocolate there as well! They are open Wednesdays through Saturdays and they were also advertising upcoming painting classes. They don't have a website currently, so you can keep up with their events on Facebook. If you believe in shopping local then this is your place and these are your people! Check it out!

There are lots of mid to high end stores, eg madewell, J crew, coach, Gucci, etc. The vibe is definitely more upscale. The parking lots are kinda weird/odd to navigate but they do have retail parking (it's intermingled with tenant/resident parking where you can't get in). There are lots of restaurants, from Cava and chipotle to north Italia and other nicer sit down places. Overall it's a nice place to hang in Dallas!

The Luau at Grandscape was disappointing…read more They started out with dancers in cellophane skirts and coconut bras who were very entertaining. After the 1st round of dancing, they had their first hula lesson. Yes, hard to believe that they had 2 hula lessons. After the lesson, the dancers took a 30 minute break while the band serenaded us. Unfortunately, the band quickly ran out of Island songs. There were 3 guys playing. The singer played the ukulele but the bass player and drummer only played sometimes. Lots of people went home during the serenade. Hawaiian Bros had the only food booth (there were supposed to be lots of others). The line wasn't too long, maybe 30 people, but it did not move. No idea why, since their grinds were pre-made and just needed to be scooped into really small bowls. We've eaten at their restaurants so we knew they usually serve bigger helpings. Tahiti style dancing was much better. Their costumes looked authentic. Yes, we've been to many luaus. We reached the time for lively drumbeating but they spent too much time giving their drum "backstories" and a long "drum solo" without dancers. Finally, there was more dancing from Tahiti that was very good. The dancers knew their moves. We left when the 2nd break for the dancers started and the band serenaded us again. This was supposed to last 30 minutes and then we would get to see the dance with the LED lighted poi balls. This is one of the very few times we've left a show early at Grandscape.

This shopping center is huge, it takes up the entire corner of Dixon and Long Prairie…read more There's a huge array of shopping from sporting goods and a Hobby Lobby to a JCPenney, an Ulta and more. There are more restaurants here than in your average shopping center. I haven't eaten at them all, but I am impressed with the variety. You got everything from Panda Express and Which Which to sushi and a Red Robin. That's a lot more variety than what's offered in a typical center. The location itself is convenient for running errands as on the other side of Dixon is the Target shopping center with more stores and restaurants. It's definitely possible to run all your errands in one intersection and I think that's a draw for a lot of people. I've been here a few times and still have only been to a handful of the many, many options here. The parking lot is large and the spaces are a normal size. However, there is so much traffic that it's pretty common for people to dart from other aisles and it can be a little on the dangerous side. The upside is that because the lot is so huge, it's never been completely full so you can usually see these problem drivers coming in time to react. This area is always, always busy so I can't really suggest a better or worse time of day. It still looks new though, Flower Mound does a great job of keeping up the area. It's worth checking out and you can make a day out of it if you're committed enough, lol. :)

And when an employee actually showed up she was rude to us when we asked if she worked there and if the store was actually open. Disappointing customer service and terrible communication.

We've been here maybe 4-5 times have purchased a handful of shirts and have been happy with all of them. I really love the comfort color shirts, seem to be the best quality for your money. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the area.
