During our visit my son gave us a private tour of the new UA Global Headquarters near the Baltimore harbor. We started the tour at the visitors center and received some historical information about Under Armour, it's origin and founder. There were plaques and memorabilia of legendary athletes and celebrities that are sponsored by the brand. We then toured the performance center which includes strength and conditioning training, classes and equipment. The is an infrared sauna and recovery room which was designed with all athletes in mind. The design center was closed for visitors but Ben a generous E-Commerce employee took the time out to give us a personal tour of the indoor basketball facility, dining area, design studio, sample room, focus group area and what's next for Under Armour. I was so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share the new releases for Black Friday. Which is going to be HUGE savings. There is so much science behind the brand with families and athletes in mind. We drove a few minutes off campus to view the new track & field stadium that will also be used for soccer and football. The track was bright red with hints of gray throughout. I can't wait to see my son race on this track in the future. It's scheduled to be completed in 2023.

The complex is very picturesque and can be distracting to workout if you are a UA fan. So, I suggest you get all your pictures out of the way before you workout. There is a few parking spots in front of the center, but most of them are marked as reserved. The Center does have one stipulation for working out here. You must wear Under Armour gear. That was not hard for me though, because that I what I mostly wear anyway. Even if you don't want to or can't work out, just visiting the campus is impressive. Booking my first class was super easy using their online system/app. The trainers were super nice when I arrived and walked me through the studio and process of the workout. The workouts are easy to follow due to the trainers demonstrating how each workout will go before starting and they have tv screens in front of the stations with the moves! So freaking cool! Everyone was super nice, helpful, motivating, and encouraging! If you're looking for a great group fitness class with trainers there to motivate you, then this is the spot! Their membership is pretty affordable, and they do have a bathroom with a shower if you're heading to work afterwards!

Ita located in the circle area by Raw Juice. I could see parking to be a hassle as its tight. The gym is below apartments and surrounded by other shops. Once I walked in, I was greeted and as I am accustom to a norm of being provided with a towel or 2; I asked as I was provided and was told they dont provide them at this location. I then asked the direction of the locker room for women as this was my first time at this location. This is definitely new and updated compared to Reisterstown location but smaller then Padonia. I went to the locker room, changed out to gym fit and browsed the place to adjust for working out. Unfortunately, my brain didnt adjust well as thete arent towels nor mats. Its pretty small, and split level with stair master/treadmull and other machinery of the sort upstairs. The gym presented clean throughout as well as quiet. Im not sure if its due to it being 2pm. Needless to say, I did not workout as this gym is minimal with what Im use to receiving and wasnt prepared for this gym without the towels and mats I would probably only come if the others closed for whatever reason. So with that being said, I personally will continue wirking out at Reisterstown or Padonia locations.

The facility is small…read morebut well maintained with a decently equipped weight room and tons of treadmills, stair masters, and ellipticals. One of my biggest complaints about my old gym was that it didn't have nearly enough treadmills for the size of the facility so I was often waiting for someone to leave at peak hours. This has never been an issue at Brick Bodies. I also love that the cycling room is typically open and available for use even if there's no class going on. The locker rooms are oftentimes clean and I love the lockers with built in locks -- no need to bring your own! I don't do any of the classes here anymore (mainly because I'm also a CorePower member and prefer their classes) but they offer a wide array for different skill levels. I took one barre class here but wasn't a fan of the instructor and the pace of the class wasn't intense enough for me. I would love to see towel service be introduced here. When I joined back in 2021 I thought the lack of towels was a Covid-era, thing but fast forward to 2026 and they still don't provide any. It's $50 a month ($25 every two weeks) making it a more affordable option compared to my previous gym.

They said I need to come in person to sign up and activate the deal. When I got there, the reception desk told me they couldn't offer the deal to the visitor from out of state. I was so confused and angry as they could have said the same thing over the phone when I had called to enquire about the deal. I would have gone to some other gym. I had to pay $30 to use the facility. Such a bad customer service. The gym was good. They have good workout space and good locker room facilities including steam, sauna and hot tub. Steam and hot tub are cohead. So prepare to bring bathing suits. If the customer service was good, they would absolutely get higher rating.

There are various fitness programs available, tailored for your personal comfort and training goals. In addition to group boot camp and personal training, in-home private sessions or office sessions are also possible. Staff members are constantly introducing new and innovative programs to meet the needs of clients. One of my favorite sessions is the opportunity to box. Not only am I improving my boxing technique, I am getting an awesome cardio and strength training workout at the same time. It's hard to find good gyms that challenge you, but Reflex is a great starting point for beginners and challenging enough for athletes looking to get back in the swing of things. I love the opportunities to go at your own pace and still hold yourself accountable. There's a good balance & the community built adds to it all. Every trainer knows what they're doing so you'll always have a great workout, and being able to use equipment while classes aren't going on is a plus. There's also a second floor with equipment and a sauna! As long as I'm in Maryland, this will be my gym home.

But I'm back, and they have new equipment! Yay! I didn't feel like anything was wrong (except for the SkiErg that keeps breaking. I wish they'd get a Concept2 version), but I came back to True equipment. Now there are two seated row machines and two lat pull-downs. The dip machine is a standalone machine by itself. They also added a glute builder machine. It's not a version I've used before, but it'll do. Lastly, I always finish with time in the sauna. It's always nice & hot.

The workouts are designed to make you feel like an athlete, building both physical and mental strength. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the camaraderie and friendships with other members keep you coming back. I attribute TH to helping me be in the best shape of my life at 47 years old and would not go anywhere else.
